Sunday Stitching : Christmas Past Projects Part 1

sunday stitching

Over the years, I’ve created some Christmas projects for my living room and hall walls … I thought I would show you some today …

PC061711

The one that I’m most proud of, is my Three Faces of Santa … it is done on 32 ct evenweave, with DMC threads.

It took me quite a while to do, but I aimed to have it handing by Christmas 2002, and I did.  Even though my brother was eyeing it ever so much, it still hangs in my living room every year!

The next project is a Hardanger sampler piece, a very Victorian feel to it, called: Warm Christmas Wishes. This was pure fun to do!!!

A final piece to share today, is a Cat on the Mantelpiece … it brings a smile to my face, done on linen!

Hope you’ve enjoyed my pieces … more to come next week!

Have a great Sunday!
