Acropolis Museum Minibook Final part

A special note for my friend Melenia.
The embossing background her I just wiped ink over it,
is this what you were asking about?

Here are the rest of the pages of the Minibook.
Like I said in my previous entry, I’ve kept it simple, just embellished with paper, die cuts, and stamps. I like the effect and it’s going to be a nice momento of a great day out!

Scrapbooking in Greece Challenge

Here is my entry for the first challenge for the Scrapbooking in Greece Challenge Blog!
Our challenge was to use the Grid method and this one came to like all by itself.
I’ve used Hero arts Baby boy stamps, quickutz nesting label squares, bazzil cardstock and edges. I’ve kept it simple, but I wanted the photos to talk for themselves … this little baby has brought a lot of joy to us this week! 🙂

Acropolis Museum Minibook

About 12 days ago I visited our new Acropolis Museum.
I thought it was totally fabulous and decided to do a little mini book about it.
The outer covers are recycled [our bill from the cafe was brought in it, and I swiped a second bill cover from the nearby table! ;)]
I’m going to keep it simple, so that the photos are the main focus, it will be a total of 20 pages when I finish it! I’ll be using a combination of my photos and postcards as we were not allowed to photograph within the museum.

I know I’ve been quiet but it’s been a very busy time with work and family!

More stitching!

This week has been one of those week’s that proves Murphy’s Law to be right!
Getting locked out at work, being stood up for an appointment, getting caught in a downpour … and so much more!!! LOL 🙂

Anyway, you may be wondering where I find the time to get some stitching done … well I get up 30 minutes earlier each day, and I devote some time before I have to leave for work!

So here is the Common Pochard for you!

Now, for the rest of Sunday, I’m hoping to get some scrapping done !!!
