Is there a law regarding not consenting to blood tests? What if LE have a warrant? Can they forcibly draw blood from him? I know that if you deny a sobriety test while driving that they just assume you're guilty slap you with a DUI because it's hard to forcibly draw blood from people. Is it the same way with carrying? How can they prove you're intoxicated?It's the same charge you can get while being "under the influience" (No BAC% amount specified to fit this criteria in his state) so I assume in that state if you have a beer and then carry 2 hours later you can get slapped with a misdemeanor as well?
