Is there a more ethical way to kill lobster besides boiling it alive? It really is a poor practice if you ask me.

Is this a european thing? In america halal meat is way better than grocery store meat, so much better that even yuppie boutique butchers often carry stuff from the local halal slaughterhouse. But halal meat operations here are small, I wonder if it gets bad when you try to scale it up to industrial-scale meat processing facilities.

I wanna go vegan now, poor fucking things

Protip lobsters are so fucking dumb they don't feel pain. The Sound you hear when boiling them is their inner body and outer shell changing in pressure and breaking its seal.

Stop being biscuits and for gods sake >>9817332 dont freeze them. Throwing them into boiling water is going to be the most humane way as it will kill them within 3-5 seconds instead of them freezing for 2 hours.
>>
>>9817570
It's a three-point claw with a loose grasp, so it's supposed to be rigged by the lobster himself.

If the little dude didn't want to die, he could easily have escaped.

Isn't it wonderful? Servers don't have to do all that time-wasting crap, and are instead paid a living wage. And get to tell autists to shut the fuck up and eat what they've ordered.

Nachos and beer at 7 AM on a weekend?

>rock bottom

Rock bottom is only being able to afford oatmeals, rice and chicken dinners with beans, and having to work 40+ hour work weeks with no weekends. Also, no beer.

GPS can still fuck you over with unclearly numbered houses, back alleys, courtyards, apartment complexes and such.
>>
>>9817483
How often do you see the Sysco guys making a stop at houses, back alleys, courtyards, and apartment complexes?
>>
>>9817487
I lived in a complex once. Took a pizza driver 5 minutes to even find my building, then he went up the stairs, only to find out the door is locked, then he called me on the phone to tell me that, when he just had to ring downstairs for me to open the door.

Don't tell me these things aren't confusing.

One time I was looking for a new place to live in. Also a complex. ALL the buildings had the exact same house number, except with the addition of 22A, 22B, 22C and such. It was a complete mess though, E was not next to F, instead you went down the alley and got to G, F was across the road.
I would hate to be a mailman for that area.

That's what delivery instructions are for. Or asking one of the 11 other drivers in the department for assistance when you're checking your manifest before you set off.
Plus, they actually train drivers properly by pairing them with a veteran.

>>9817487
Grocery deliveries, so every stop is a house, apartment, etc.

At this point it should be clear but I feel like I still have to explain it to you cock suckers.

If you aren't drinking 4-5 glasses of wine at dinner you need to get the fuck out of here, right now.

This board loves wine. It increases your sexual stamina and is good for you.

I don't usually go that cheap unless I just need something to dump into a stew. Point being yellowtail has no redeeming properties, and "good price point for what it is" is nonsense. If I just wanted to get drunk for as little as possible you can just buy Popov, it's way cheaper.

it's either going to be a revoltingly sweet microbrew mess or a plain, boring and tasteless rebranded lager with "flavor" added and the price marked up.
either way, i'd probably still drink it if just for the alcohol

List what new things you've tried the past week and how you liked them.

>Founders CBS
10.5/10 I felt like I was drinking liquid winter season while santas step-daughter home from elf college was blowing me
>Founders Breakfast Stout
9.4/10 I thought it was missing a particular flavor that stuck out or gripped you but still an absolutely fantastic beer. I guess they saved CBS to fill that extra criteria.
>Dales pale Ale
8/10 I've never been into hops in general but this pale ale changed that. I'll probably buy this again.

Any people in Australia work as a waiter or waitress? either currently or in the past and can tell me how much you'd usually make overall or per hour. I picked up an interview this Wednesday at a Chinese restaurant and haven't worked in years so I'm pretty curious.

Also restaurant stories because why not.

Originally, chili was served with beans on the side, and did not have any tomatoes, either, but modern recipes often include both, and even the ones without beans often have tomatoes.

Original Texas chili was made with dried chilies, cumin, onion, garlic, chunks of beef, and water, and thickened with masa harina. It's not for everyone, but it's good.
