greetings /m/enI'm interested in finishing what others started and doing a Hibiki scrub for me and the possibly 5 other Hibiki fans in the world. I won't double up on other content as Metronome did a really good job up to episode 16. My only problem of course is I don't speak Japanese, I'm just a professional subtitler and toku fan (with enough basic japanese to know how to time already-translated subs).Does anyone know if there are any scripts for Hibiki or even japanese subs? They'd save me some work on the timing.And yes I fully intend on re-phrasing TV-N subs for the rest of the show into, well, better and less weeby english. They were super rude to me when I brought the idea of re-doing Hibiki so 0 fucks given.

I'm kind of a beginner when it comes to mecha in general, only watched 00, SEED (sadly) and Wing+EW.A few days ago I finished another series, IBO, and even though it was kinda bad, I still liked the atmosphere of everything going wrong for a group people and just watching everything crumble down around them, I really enjoyed it.What shows can /m/ recommend that have a similar atmosphere of despair?

What do you guys think of the future of the Votoms franchise? Why hasn't been Sunrise been able to turn it into a cashcow like Gundam or Code Geass?
