Pass users should get @4chan.org email addresses. Wouldn't that be nice?Just an idle thought.
>>73159I think it would end up being disruptive.Users would set up private discussions and dischords, taking away content from the threads. The spirit of anonymity would go out the window. That being said, I would like to have a @4chan.org email, I would never post it on 4chan though.
>>73283suck the mods dick enough maybe you can get one
>>73283They already do this

How /pol/ish is vip? Does that political makeup reflect people who actually support 4chan?
>>72960>/biz/>/tv/>also a jewHMMMMMMMExcellent bait m'dear
I wish they'd fuck off to cripplechan where they belong.
Most /pol/ side of me is that I simply don't like trannies>but Canada nowhttp://fortune.com/2017/11/29/justin-trudeau-lgbt-apology-full-transcript/HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HA HA HA HA
>>72922This. /pol/ has gone from unironically one of the best boards, to one of the worst. All the board splits, and of course the influx of cancer due to the election has fucking killed that place.
>>72933How progressive of you
Why did Moot abandon 4chan?
>>73242Owners like him are often down to earth. His servants aka mods are the ones with the biggest ego and bitch personality.
>>73242Really? Because I saw moot at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything. He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying. The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter. When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
moot gave up 4chan because he became interested in identity politics and was actively hampered by his own site. When 4chan banned GamerGate discussion and 8 picked up overnight and started eating away at it, he knew he had fucked up and had to sell while things were high.Hiroyuki did some sensible things, basically made the budding 8ch obsolete like 7ch had been for many years. Now 8ch is just for white nationalists and pedophiles and 4chan is pretty fun still.
>>73184Of course
>>73267tl;drDid he force his manly dick inside your boy pussy or not?
Moar pics like this one?
>>73198This image is very odd, for example where is ther a barbershop and salloon randomly on the second floor? this appears to be a home but also a a public buildingThere also appears to be a store on the first floor but then several rooms on the next floorThe heating is on the top floor but the heating should be on the bottom floor as heat risestheres a piano room that is only connected to the hallway and a small lounging roomTheres an empty room with nothing in it besides a lamp That's a bar in the far right back that's seperated by a room with a book caseThere's a bathroom that's only accessible by a staircase or a dumbwaiter . There's a room that's only the size of a single bed and is connected to a torture roomComment too long. Click here to view the full text.

>>73202Yeah, pretty sure this is itOne time I ordered a free poster from somewhere but didn't want to give them my real name so had it sent to "Herman Mudgett" In hindsight that was a really dumb idea but I was 10 years old at the time and obsessed with serial killers.

Why do most boards have inherently shit taste? /mu/ likes weird indie music, /v/ likes old/obscure games, /tv/ likes lesser known movies, and /fa/ likes tacky clothes.
>>72987Weird "indie" music is the only that's novel these days, there are no new good mainstream games, same for /tv/ and /fa/ is just insane.
>>72987>/tv/ likes lesser known moviesThis stopped being true years ago. /tv/ is pleb central. Newfags come to /tv/ to express whatever dumbass opinions they are to afraid to share on Reddit. As to the other boards, obscurity is what makes them interesting. If I wanted to talk about mainstream shit, I'd just go outside and talk to any random normie.
>>72987If something is both popular and of high quality, a board will likely soon run out of things to talk about.
>>72987Any board is better for discussing off-topic nature than the board specifically designated for discussing it. Any board outside of /v/ is better at discussing video games, just like any board outside of /mu/ is better at discussing music or any board outside /a/ is better at discussing anime.
I believe ideas should be elevated for those who work harder to get those ideas out there. That being said, my idea is that 4chan needs to add a new feature to its website which allows the tracking of how many people clicked into various boards each day, and that information should be made public. Another thing is that I believe that there needs to be a website that can customize what content and from where is the content displayed, in a format that hides the actual source of the content. This would allow for what I call "Personal Hubs". People would be able to access all the information from any website they wanted from their hub without giving away what website they are on, such as 4chin.
>late 2008ish>watching youtube poops or something>learn they're being taken down by viacom because of copyright>drawn into world of internet activism>come across stories about raids conducted by imageboards and stuff>badass.jpg>tries to look for the 7chan /i/nvasion board>hang around that site in general for several months>hints from posts there and reading ED leads me to learn of the original motherland>by 2009 I am hanging around here>dont_forget_your_here_forever.jpgI think it was until 2011 I learned that this site had a purpose beyond raiding and lulzy stories, and thus dipped into the other boards.
I remember lurking /wg/ and /gif/ back in...I think 2007. Then I migrated to /v/ and been there ever since, to my ever lasting shame.
>2010My friend starts browsing /a/ for some reason, always references and links stuff from there and my reaction is "oh but that's that scary 4chan place :((((((((("Eventually I slowly start lurking though and it's actually not bad, people are strict and say rude things, but nothing like what I heard about, which actually just described /b/ at the timeI could see what anime were popular and it got me into a lot of new shows, pic related one of the first anime I watched thanks to /a/'s influenceFrom there I extended myself to other boards, like /v/, /ck/, etcUnfortunately it seems almost all other boards have descended more and more into the /b/ style/ /pol/ style shitposting, so I pretty much stick to just /a/ nowThe reverse is that /a/ has gotten a lot stricter as it seems to be the only board that wants to avoid that fate, but that also means there's less funposting around on it, it feels like
>>73215>it feels likeA-anon, are you ok?
I first heard about it in 2008 or so, but never used it until 2010
2009 when I was depressed in my first year of college, I started talking to a bunch of online friends who introduced me to /b/.It honestly didn't help my outlook on life too much in retrospect, made me retreat into the security of the internet and anonymous shitposting for entertainment. I ended up dropping out and being a NEET for 2 years. Lowest point of my life desu. That said, I did spend a lot of time playing some good games and watching a bunch of shows and animu that I never would've had the time for.
