Does Joann fabrics have elastic material in flag patches and things to make something for my niece? Are there any other national stores that may carry fabric with designs like clownpieces? Many years ago I bought polartec fabric from lands end (a part of sears) and made a jacket with zip off arms. I've already tried Michaels with no luck. I think it would really help with our ero cosplay and sexual escapades over this upcoming Christmas time.
