Post experiences, how to do it, what you can see, hear, touch, taste, smell, tips and tricks, hazards, ECT. My interests have been piqued by the concept of lucid dreaming.

No caffeine for the whole day/night.Day of lucid dream: Exercise heavily to the point of exhaustion 6-7 hours prior to sleep. Set alarm clock to really early in the morning about halfway into your normal sleep cycle. drink melatonin, 5-HTTP, loads of water, choline before sleep. Wake up allow yourself to feel the strain of being restless for one minute. You will feel exhausted and painful. Then go right back to sleep after this minute. Your rem cycle will kick into overdrive and spiral you into a lucid dream.

Make sure you allow yourself to realize at somepoint that you are in a dream no matter how vivid (really difficult). start trying to manifest objects via thought. Objects will appear.
>>20007480I usually use a combination of magnesium supplement and mugwort tea, then wake up about three-four hours after initially going to sleep. As I fall asleep the second time I typically become lucid. And I'm pretty sure it's a meme that smoking weed prevents the ability. It certainly reduces it, but once yourmind is trained enough you can do it almost automaticlly, despite minor hindrances. Keeping a dream journal is essential too, in my opinion, and recording every dream you have whether lucid or not, in as much detail as possible. This assists with general dream recall.
