But I still cannot even begin to grasp what makes up a feeling.I don't really know what else to do. If I'm not "walking the path" then I don't know who is. Maybe I just need to get more "spiritual"? But honestly all that stuff feels like a cop out to me. They might have the answers, but what good does that do me if I can't _understand_ them?I have a deep need (almost an obsession) to comprehend on an intuitive level the logical underpinnings that determine why there is something rather than nothing, and why I am me rather than someone else.

so i think im undergoing some kind of enlightenmenti am consciousness. not an ego inside a bag of skin. i am aware of thoughts that constantly pop up. i no longer identify myself with feelings and emotions. i watch them come and go in a very nonbiased, nonjudgemental way. no more depression or anxiety. no more fear. i see myself in everyone. in animals. the body is not separate from the rest of the environment. i am completely at peace. i am the experience. although i constantly type i, there is no i. it sounds contradictory, but language is extremely limited.i've tried to explain it to "other" people, and they've all called it bullshit.by no means do i think i'm 100% enlightened, because i sometimes have egoic concerns. like posting this

Different from the light phenomina with the lightning as the blue dot was on top of everything I could see, whereas, this blue ball if electrical charge was being obscured by the cat's feet. If it was one of the lights I witness all the time, it would have been in front of the cat from my perspective.Sometimes, I hear people's thoughts, but I have learned it's best not to call them out on it because one of two things happen. They dodge the fact you were right entirely, or they test you and after that point it stops working for me. Very rarely do I get a compliment. I always brush it off as luck though when people go, "can you read minds?", or "did you just do divination?", etc. The best ones are at work. Everyone just assumes I'm an awesome co-worker not knowing why I am.

>>19999747mindfulness is a form of meditation. Regardless, I'd recommend the traditional sense of sitting with eyes closed. Personally, I focus where the third eye would be when I meditate. I even focus on it through out the day as I work. Depending on my concentration, I can even feel the vibration from it as I move about, but if I am physically exerting myself 100%, I lose the sensation of it. Unless it's for a personally significant event, like the lighting storm I talked about or being attacked by a dog.

Sometimes if I focus hard enough on them, they can start dancing around and even form shapes. It drives me crazy sometimes, like I can't avoid seeing them. It's impossible to ignore, it's not a subtle feeling at all. And I don't "make" it happen, it just automatically happens. I just listened to a Robert Monro hemi sync meditation MP3 (free, you can find it on the Monroe foundation site in free resources, find it on youtube/google. All of the work you've done so far - whatever it is that makes you believe you "already feel that minus the magick stuff" - might be enough that you literally just need the tape.
