New Nanofate doujin:http://nanofate.us/content/takamachi-san-chi-wa-kyou-mo-yoru-fukashi
>>2448117Koguro draws some really cute stuff. Her latest FuuRin doujin, the r-15 one from last comiket, was pretty damn great. I wonder if I have to sacrifice it for a scan, unless someone's on the job already
>>2448117Nice. Stuff always gets released just as I'm about to give up hope.
>>2448312I haven't heard of anyone even having it.
>>2448324I'll see what I can do
>>2448330I'd love to read it but if you don't wanna sacrifice it I won't blame you.
We're almost half way through October and they still haven't announced a date for Reflection in NA. Do you think they canceled it?
>>2448414>Do you think they canceled it?I hope so. It'd only get shown in a handful of theaters in the biggest cities so all it would do is cause a few people to start posting even more spoilers in these threads while the rest of us are still stuck waiting for a BluRay. And even if you happen to live near a theater showing it, would you really want to see it alongside a hundred other Nanoha fans? I don't want to meet anyone who's obnoxious enough to enjoy watching such a movie in public.
>>2448431You wouldn't wanna meet up and watch Nanoha together anon?
>>2448440If someone I knew from online interactions wanted to come over and watch it on my 60" TV in the privacy of my home, that'd still be awkward but might be fine. But we're talking about a large, random assortment of strangers who are too naive to suppress their pathetically small powerlevels. So no, I don't want to meet up with them.
>>2448431>I hate anyone who likes the same things as meAh, 4chan.
>>2448431Are you worried people are going to go see the movies with their daki or something?
>>2448431>I don't want to meet anyone who's obnoxious enough to enjoy watching such a movie in public. You just go to a theatre and watch a movie. Where's the obnoxious part?
>>2448576>Where's the obnoxious part?Imagine if someone attended NOT wearing their yuri scarves. That would be quite obnoxious for the other attendees.
>>2448576You have clearly never been to a bad screening. An annoying crowd can easily ruin a movie for you.
>>2448579I'm sure they could share with someone else, no problem.
And new doujin scanlation!http://nanofate.us/content/passion-error-18
Ha, the extra pages are good.
That's the spirit this series needs!
>>2448576>>2448593You're lucky if an annoying crowd is the worst of it. Last time I went to a theater, someone's kid pulled the fire alarm. They refused to give refunds since it wasn't their fault.http://www.elevenarts.net/asilentvoice/And the theater chain that simultaneously announced that they were going to screen Reflection and A Silent Voice just confirmed the schedule for the latter but have still said nothing about Nanoha. If they don't say anything within the next week, it's probably canceled.
>>2449429Did nanofate suddenly came back to life or something? they have been realizing a lot of stuff recently. >>2449457If your went to see a kids movie you only have yourself to blame.

>>2450273WoohooSo they are the real deal!
>>2450273So Vivio is still NanoFate's daughter in this reality and she also wants to defeat her mamas. The more things change, the more they remain the same. Vivio and Einhart look so happy together in a world without Yumina.
>>2450351>Still NanoFate's daughter in this realityIf we take what Einhart says, Vivio is NanoFate's biological daughter in this reality.
>>2450462Their ages don't really add up for that sadly
>>2450462Or also a clone of a belkan empress in it. Adopted by NF.>It's black and white, but why nobody comments on their eyes being weird?
>>2450475>Nanoha and Vivio wearing almost identical barrier jackets
>>2449429>buttstuff>doesn't feature Fate's butt at all???
>>2450498It had Nanoha coming from Fate's butt stimulation I think. Or am I halucinating?
>>2450273It really sucks that vivid is ending and we never got to see Vivio interact with her family on earth.
>>2450481Vivio is wearing the movie 1st's BJ while Nanoha is wearing the a's one.Vivio is also wearing Nanoha's pyjamas in this chapter. It is super cute.
>>2450684I realised only there that Vivio admitted to be a Takamachi at the start. How did she explain that?
>>2450694She didn't. She was going to say Nanoha was her mother but Einhart stopped her and apparently she being a "relative from the future" is something Nanoha came up with when introducing her to her parents so she probably has not realized yet that Vivio is her daughter.
>>2450698Yeah, but she calls her "Takamachi Vivio!"Vivio says her full name to Jail, although it is not clear he recounted that bit to the others.
>>2450700He clearly did, or at the very least Nanoha is aware of Vivio's full name, that being said I don't think it would be that hard to hide the fact that she is Nanoha's daughter. Not everyone that shares a last name is related and even if she were she is from the future and Nanoha has a big family, she could be a distant relative or something.
>>2450464Nanoha giving birth to Vivio when she was 13yo is not impossible.
>>2450714>Nanoha giving birth to Vivio when she was 13yo is not impossible. But it's not impossible for Fate.
>>2450720
>>2450698Little correction there: Einhart stopped Vivio from saying that Fate is her mother when Fate asked why they chose to return to that time. Vivio nearly slipped a second time when she and Nanoha were alone when Vivio nearly said "Nanoha-mama" as well.
>>2450727Doesn't change the fact that they knowing Vivio is a Takamachi is not a problem.
>>2450759For all they know, she's a distant relative from the future. Vivio never told them whom her parents are, after all, considering THAT is what might cause a time paradox.
>>2453005>>2453008When is this mother fucker going to cut the bullshit and make R18 for them?
>>2453059He's saving that for the celebrations of Nanoha kissing Fate in an official anime.
>>2453454Even just a playful quick peck on Fate's cheek would burst my heart open out of joy and happiness
>>2453454Funny fact, Koguro is a she. A very fidgety and shy individual. Her booth a comiket was great though, she seemed both shocked and humbled to see foreigners buy her stuff
>>2453454There isn't much more to do with Nanoha and Fate other than movies from their loli days, in Vivid they're a married couple with barely any screen time, and in Vivid Strike they're just the faceless perfect doting mothers of Vivio. I think not even Rinne and Fuuka becoming a couple would be a big enough reason to celebrate at this point, because it's inevitable, but if Vivio were to get Einhart back or anyone else that would really be something. >>2453458We got a couple of those.
>>2453461That's cute. Did she change pen names? I've seen her doujin listed as Kohagura, and Koguroya.
>>2453466Yes. She has had quite a few different names, such as Kohakura, khkmanju, Kohaku, Koguroya, and Koguro
>>2453462>Vivio were to get Einhart back
>>2453506She's got that loser Miura now. She doesn't need a winner like Ein now.
>>2453603She doesn't even have Miura. In the end it doesn't matter Ein got stolen by Yumina because Vivio has an NTR fetish.
>>2453605Don't spread false truths
>>2453603>DMeMOfHVQAAUCBL.jpgOhoho, great picuter.
Subs fucking where
>>2453915Disgusting
So I guess the movie isn't coming out.
>>2454716You mean the subs? I don't know, the release came and went. So I am only going to assume that it hasn't been released on Blu-ray yet and the movie itself is a two-part. So...
>>2453454> He's saving that for the celebrations of Nanoha kissing Fate in an official anime. The day that happens, hell freezes over. They seem to want to avoid that at all cost while raking in all the cash from the teasing.
>>2454744It's not like we see any of the other couples making out either, Nanoha is not a romance anime, yet we have cheek kisses and official artworks of their wedding. I don't believe Seven Arcs is milking NanoFate's love as much as you think, far from it they and the rest of the old cast are pretty much not even a part of the franchise anymore, pic related.
>>2454758> Nanoha is not a romance anime, yet we have cheek kisses and official artworks of their wedding. You realize that you have been proving my point, right? As you point out "Nanoha is not a romance anime" and yet they have been tossing the yuri bait (like "we have cheek kisses and official artworks of their wedding") for years. To the point that even through they are no longer relevant to the franchise we STILL get the material from official sources within that time frame. If that is not milking then what is?
>>2454765That's mostly tasteful fanservice and fluff, you can say that any aspect of a franchise that is popular is milking, but it certainly isn't bait. Yuri bait is like Kumiko and Reina, that in the anime had moments hinting at something between them just to get the attention of the yuri fans, but at the end both girls have male romantic interests instead.
>>2454767When it's part of a production, usually there isn't an argument. There is a personal bar that the production would need to cross before fan-service becomes this unsightly thing and, I will admit, my tolerance of that is rather high. The issue? There is quite a bit of official work with the Nanoha franchise that isn't tied to any production, not the movies, not the audio drama's, not any of the ongoing manga's... and anime has been sparse for years.Do I enjoy the hell out of it? Sure. Is it bait? Yeah, it is. Most of that work has almost no excuse to exist otherwise. It's a thinly veiled attempt to keep some focus on the franchise without actually doing anything. And here is the thing, it's been working.> Yuri bait is like Kumiko and Reina, that in the anime had moments hinting at something between them just to get the attention of the yuri fans, but at the end both girls have male romantic interests instead.Ok, that is just... bad. I mean, I have seen things like it several times before and I can't help but wonder if the writer engages in any relationship if they are just going to push in a partner on a character just for the sake of it.And this effect yaoi/yuri relationships as much as het ones. It's just stupid romance writing.
>>They live together.>>Anon literally stupid if they cant put two-and-two together.Stop posting to the stupid, guys. Let them wonder why they are the exception to the "no child left behind" act.
>>2454765>yuri bait>>2454774>Is it bait? YeahBait is promising something but never delivering, the KumiRei bait in the anime is a prime example, but making artworks based on canon characters and situations isn't bait by any means, it's probably closer to the opposite.
>>2454781Nobody has questioned that though, we are just people debating on how they milk or not their ongoing relationship.
>Nanoha>Yuri bait>They live together>They have a daughter together>Not to mention the official art>The INNOCENT series also has Vivio still being their daughter>Possibly their biological daughter in the seriesStop being stupid and learn how to read between the lines.
>>2454807Lesbian couples with adopted daughters are overrated, specially if such daughter can't even get a girlfriend of her own at the age of 11. Offscreen marriages are fine.
>>2454737I meant Subs actually.
>>2453603
>>2453603Seems like a theme
This one too maybe? It is way older though. Maybe the other are reacting to it.
>>2454737>>2454839I can't find any release date for the BD, has it not been announced yet or am I missing something?
>>2454879Nope, nothing yet. Will probably be around a year since premiere?I was just musing about the lack of Subaru-Teana, in here, and in the series too.
Post lewd pics of hot MILF Nanoha and Fate.

Raws of Vivid's final chapter:http://lhscans.com/read-mahou-shoujo-lyrical-nanoha-vivid-raw-chapter-102.html
>>2457527I must admit I am disappointed by this ending. But then again everything has to come to an end at some point, rather end it than force it.
>>2457527Jesus Christ. They must really hate Vivio.
>>2457527Boring ending for a boring manga...it is so sad.
>>2457527I am sad.
>>2457527
>>2457527Does it always have to be the same writer?I hope, if they ever decide on making a sequel, they find someone who has a sense of perspective, and can plan on a good story.Vivid has a fuckton of potential. It was just never tapped. Also, the Nanoha franchise needs to stop adding more characters for fucks sake. There are far too many already.
>>2457527>Kuro stays away from Einhart to keep their relationship at "cousins" levelCute.
>>2457969Why doesn't that girl give a single fuck about Vivio?
>>2458133Because she's a half-baked clone who doesn't even posses Olive's memories, and only seems to remember things in resonance with Einhart and others. The only one that treats her as the St. Kaiser is the church.
>>2458206Yeah, but I don't think they've even spoken to each other once. It's kinda fucked up.
>>2458207They did talk a little bit inside the library.
>>2457956The problem is not the number of characters, the problem is that they do not do anything useful with them.we need a real villain and use all those damn combat skills in an "unfriendly" scenario.
>>2458276They didn't even need a villain, actually. If they had gone with Vivio teaching Einhart how to disassociate herself from her inherited memories, the conflict could have been "how did the fall of Velka happen?"The tournament and their relationship could have been the main focus, while dealing with the traumatic memories was where the drama would be.
>>2458313But then, everything changed when the Yumina attacked.
>>2458276>The problem is not the number of charactersIt is, at some point there is such a thing as having too many characters, and the Nanoha franchise is already past that point. There are too many characters to actually give most of them relevance, and for people to even care about half of them.>>2458313Maybe not, for example Vivid Strike clearly didn't have one, but a villain would be great to get things to add some tension in the story and have characters develop through adversity and deepen their bonds in a way that relatively under-control situations wouldn't allow.
New short NanoFate doujin:https://exhentai.org/g/1134688/0a81afa5a6/
>>2458976Thanks.
>>2457527Isn't this just the most okayest ending. They must have hit a wall with the ViviEin story. In any case, Fate's cute and I want her to make me her away from home wife
>>2460204Fate looks cute dressed as a Succubus.
>>2460212>dressed as a SuccubusIs this some meme? There were like 3 people attempting this in the last /a/ thread.Reinforce was a better succubus
>>2458514Maybe if they didn't job out Rinne to Vivio and kept her strong
>>2460985Agreed
Just finished watching Reflection at a nearby theater in my country, I gotta say, the plot was very very predictable but just a lil more extreme than your usual Nanoha stuffs. The characters' designs were a little weird and uncomfortable to watch at first but you'll get use to it, plus there are some of the nicest shots of Fate in it. Action sequences were nice too, but not as nice as the previous two movies with some moves were animated with less fanfare than in previous installments. All in all, in my opinion, a 7/10 is my score for it. Now I'm waiting eagerly for Detonation.
>>2462116How is it in terms of yuri?
>>2462118Not much, but I will try to recount as much as possible for you all.Spoilers ahead:Not much desu, but there are a few gay af moments between the younger sister, Kyrie, and the AI, Iris, including a pretty gay face holding scene somewhere in the start of the movie, a touching flashback moment about their past and Kyrie generally cared about Iris a lot- not at Nanoha and Fate's level but still near it.And near the end of the movie a girl whose name is Yuri appeared and she apparently had some kind of history with Iris. I predicted that their story will be a pretty yuri-inclined one with how Yuri tried to hug Iris but Iris grabbed her hair and threw her away.On Nanoha and Fate part, there was a little hand-holding scene between them and a sparring match which ended in a tie. No other gay moment between them, although there was Fate's speech to Levi which completely mirrored Nanoha's, so that also was a nod to Nanofate. There was also a reference to Hayate's agony over Reinforce Eins' loss so that counted too.I only remembered those notable ones, you all can find out more after the BD is released, and damn Reflection for ended before the big battle.
After putting this series on my backlog for like 10 years, I've finally started to watch it, and I've managed to get through the first two seasons so far, and I'm currently watching the movie retellings of both seasons before moving onto season 3.I enjoyed the first two seasons, and I'm currently finding the movie retellings ok(mostly because of the improved animations and battle scenes), but in terms of storytelling the retellings feel somewhat off to me. Maybe it's because I literally just watched the first two seasons in the last 24 hours so everything about them is fresh in my mind, but the story in the retellings so far doesn't seem as fluid and the scene transitions are very abrupt, which is something likely caused by the removal of scenes which were in the anime. Someone who has never seen the first two seasons or someone who hasn't watched them in a long time would probably enjoy the movies, but as someone who just watched them I'm noticing the absence of scenes they cut out and it's distracting me.
>>2462492I got that after I watched the Madoka tv rips, then the br versions and then the movies in quick succession. I think a lot of it is just from noticing what's missing or changed.
>>2462495Yeah, you're probably right about that, it probably would have been better to leave watching the movie retellings until next year or something. But many of the changes they made I liked though, like the additional stuff with Fate's mum and the massively reduced roles of Chrono and Yuuno. Those two guys took up valuable airtime in the first two seasons and I'm glad I rarely saw them in the movie retellings.
>>2462501Oh yeah, one other big change I was happy with which I forgot to mention was the additional Fate and Nanoha scenes in the 2nd movie retelling. The 2nd season didn't really see much going on between them, the the movie retelling redeemed this and then some.
Now that Vivid is done, what's next for the franchise? Are they FINALLY going to deal with the black hole that is Force? Because they literally cannot advance any further into the timeline without steeping on it's toes.
>>2462630Anime staffs are probably busy with Detonation work. Fujima will be drawing the manga version of Reflection starting from next month. No one wants to have anything to do with Force.
>>2462637>Anime staffs are probably busy with Detonation work.I've heard rumours of an anime announcement after Detonation get's released, but I'm not sure if it's true.If it is true, then it's probably Vivid Season 2 anyway, so whatever lol.Nah, in all seriousness, I would be fine with that. >Fujima will be drawing the manga version of Reflection starting from next month.Jesus Christ, this shit better be fucking good. I'm guessing there will also be a manga tie in for Detonation too?>No one wants to have anything to do with Force.Yeah that's pretty clear, but they can't avoid it forever. I'm expecting them to swallow the bullet at some point and render it non-canon, but when they'll do it is the question.
>>2462644>render it non-canonIt will have to happen eventually if they want to move the franchise forward. Hopefully they remember that the things people love about Nanoha are the combination of drama, magic combat, SoL segments and lesbians.
>>2462630I'll quote myself in the last /a/ thread, but they could launch an "alternate version" of Force with at first unclear canon status and gradually stop pretending it is not the main timeline.>Bring back the Lily>Vivio getting stuck with her in an "alternate" version of Force that will silently be made canon in the main continuity instead of Touma.>Einhart having to deal with having a girlfriend with an auxiliary girl.
>>2462152I just saw it the other day too andIf the lyrics of Destiny Prelude has anything to do with the movie plot then I bet that in the end, all the shits that Iris pulled were actually for Kyrie's sake. I expect them to gay up a lot in Detonation. Yuri is for Ou-sama so she's off limits.
>>2462793Well, let's hope you are correct anon 'cause after the fiasco Iris pulled I'm not very fond of her right nowI avoided Reflection's spoilers to the maximum these last few months so ]spoiler]I didn't even know Yuri existed until she appeared at the end of the movie, and did she have some relation to Ou-sama?
>>2462833Can't wait for it to not get uploaded.
>>2462862Yeeeeeeees.
>>2462116I'm planning on watching the movie tomorrow. Shame it's going to be one-time showing thing. Anyways, where are you from? What stuff did you get tin the movie? From what I gather in our place we're only getting stickers, pins, bookmarks ans some sketches. I do wish we would we have gotten the booklet though.Pic related from Flipland.
>>2462722Remaking Force by removing Touma and replacing him with Vivio, whilst also taking the opportunity to remove the stuff that people hated about Force at the same time is something that should have long happened by now.
>>2462896I agree with replacing Touma, but not with Vivio. It'd have to be a gal who's otherwise not intimately or affiliated with the previous cast. That way they're free to do whatever they want and align themselves with whomever. It'd also be a good way for them to function as a surrogate for newcomers to the franchise so they can reintroduce the previous characters to them.
I'm currently rewatching StrikerS and holy fuck I had forgotten about the shit that went on in episodes 8 and 9, where everyone seemed to have been given the idiot ball. I fucking lol'ed at the scene of Signum accusing others of childishness, when she was the one to throw a punch unprovoked. Once everyone made up though, I actually started thinking about how things would have played out if the cast had been all male instead. Things probably would have escalated really badly with all those egos involved, to point where relationships would have been unfixable. Like for sure, that unprovoked punch would have led to a group brawl if guys had been involved.
>>2462807Well, their identities maybe different in the movie but those two have been a thing since the PSP game and I doubt they will change it.
>>2462896>>2462918How about they rework it with Fuka and her girlfriend as the main characters?
>>2462963No, Fuuka deserves better.
>>2462929>I actually started thinking about how things would have played out if the cast had been all male insteadI've actually had this discussion with friends about these sort of situations in many of the predominantly female anime we've watched. I remember our answer to the question pretty much being, "It would have ended with lots of violence".
>>2462929>>2462978You people clearly don't hang around boys a lot.
>>2462992It depends on what sort of guys they're talking about.A bunch of nerdy guys ain't lifting a finger to do shit, you don't have to worry much about those guys at all. Testosterone fuelled fuckers on the other hand.....
>>2463009Don't believe everything you read in tumblr. Not even the chadest of dudebros would get into a fight because he got yelled at by his commander officer.
>>2463009>>2463023Most fujoshit and manime have similar scenarios, and they rarely end with a free-for-all fistfight
>>2462963>>2462965Besides I was thinking of a character with looser morals so they can chat it up with the Huckbein and Grendels without it being jarring. Though I haven't seen VS yet, so I'm not aware on where Fuuka stands on the moral spectrum. And to clarify, Touma's replacement would also have his general powerset.
>>2463341>I was thinking of a character with looser morals so they can chat it up with the Huckbein and Grendels without it being jarring. Better yet, just remove them. I would rather we not have *unsheathes katana* *teleports behind you* "Nothin personnel kid!" in Nanoha.Did anyone actually like them?>Though I haven't seen VS yet, so I'm not aware on where Fuuka stands on the moral spectrum.Fuuka would hate them for thinking they are better than everyone else. That's her problem with Rinne in VS.>Touma's replacement would also have his general powerset. Please, no. His power set was just a variant of the Generic Invincible Wish-fulfilment Protagonist(tm).
>>2463358Force's problem isn't just Touma, it is everything. I will never understand some people obsession with it.They don't need to "address" it to move the franchise beyond it. Just a monologue explaining that everything got fixed is enough.
>>2463358>Better yet, just remove them. I would rather we not have *unsheathes katana* *teleports behind you* "Nothin personnel kid!" in Nanoha.Did anyone actually like them? They'd definitely be nerfed a bit, but otherwise I like the idea of having outright villanous/anti-heroic at best wild cards in Nanoha.>Fuuka would hate them for thinking they are better than everyone else. That's her problem with Rinne in VS.She definitely wouldn't work then. Though having her be officially part of the TSAB would be pretty cool.>Please, no. His power set was just a variant of the Generic Invincible Wish-fulfilment Protagonist(tm). Not that that's inherently a bad thing, since more female leads with edgy chuunishit powers is a good thing in my book. Mostly due to personal preference, but still.
>>2462883I'm from Vietnam so it was a very weird surprise that Reflection came to my country desu. The showing last 4 days, from 30/10 to 2/11 and I would have missed it if not for a conveniently placed ad on fb. No pics from me as the theater chain didn't give out anything Nanoha-related, a shame since I would pay money to have something to keep by.
>>2462942Oh, so that's it. I haven't played the PSP games despite having one and be able to emulate it on PC. I think those games are in Japanese?

>>2463490Well at least in your country you had 4 days of showing. Here we only got 1. Like you I was really surprised when the movie was brought in and also thanks to friend from FB forwarding it to me.My only gripe was the ticket was pricey and I could've gotten a Figma with that price or a kit. Though I would've loved it if the booklet was included. But I bit the bullet and I do love the series so I went in and I enjoyed the movie and upon gazing the stuff I got it's alright.I thought every country this movie was shown had exclusive items.
Is this the real OTP?
>>2464297Fate is not Vivio, she wouldn't allow anyone to steal Nanoha from her side.
So what are the chances of us getting a new anime announcement after Detonation releases? I'm currently pessimistic as fuck about the chances of it happening, but you never know.Though desu, I'm not sure I want another anime if it's just going to follow in the footsteps of Vivid and it's spin off, especially since that new anime would be following hot on the heels of two movies which gave us the taste of old Nanoha. How old is Vivio at the end of VS? 12? She's at the ripe age to become your standard world saving magical girl and she has all the qualities of one, stop wasting her on tournaments.
New NanoFate doujin http://nanofate.us/content/kimi-kizu-bansoukou
I would be fine with more focus on the tournament stuff, but only if Vivio and Miura get moved up to the U-19 division pronto. There's no point wasting them on U-15 when nearly all the relevant fighters in the series are in U-19.It actually amazes me how in a series with lots of supposed fighting prodigies, there seems to be little to no evidence of characters competing higher than their age division. Talented people moving up to compete in age divisions higher than their own is common in real life sports. I've faced a fair few of those uber talented people myself back in my school football(soccer) days when I was in the U19 team, the little guys usually raped us, even though you'd think our bigger size and strength would give us the advantage. There was this one 14 year old who raped us so hard that my ass is still hurting 7 years on. Why Einhard stayed in the U-15 division until she became too old I will never understand, especially when she was already capable of beating a large portion of the people in U-19. So much valuable skill development time down the drain.
>>2465018>Why Einhard stayed in the U-15 division until she became too oldBecause becoming U19 champion right away is obviously impossible but becoming U15 champion is a manageable task and if she did it and got famous then Nove would got her gym while she herself would become the symbol for the little kids to look up to. That's literally the reason why she started fighting in U15.
NanoFate is such a magical pair. No pun intended. They just have something really special about them that makes them stand out among others. Maybe it's because they are one of the few couples, straight or Yuri, that we see together in married life.
>>2465107Also the fact that it's a relationship that was teased since they were young and grew stronger over the time, to the point of no one being able to deny their love anymore. For something that was supposed to be subtext, it ended up becoming pretty powerful.
>>2465107I feel like part of what makes it so magical is that it feels realistic. The relationship dynamic is easy to identify with as well.
>>2465107>>2465112I'm rewatching StrikerS with a friend who's seeing it for the first time. For all its faults, it definitely has a lot of great NanoFate family moments. Like when Nanoha wakes up next to Vivio and Fate and moves Vivio closer to Fate so she can sleep peacefully. Hnngh.
>>2465127Yeah, that was a good episode.
>>2460985Nah, we already had a backstory for Rinne at that point, and other than humiliating her opponents in the ring, we already knew Rinne wasn't a bad girl and she had done nothing that would turn her into a villain. In fact, I think her having lost to Vivio twice gave her the required level of humility to be able to listen to what Fuuka had to tell her.
>>2463967Nope, I went to the theater in hope of watching the movie and getting some nice exclusive mechs and guess what? Not a single thing was given away during the entire showing that last 4 fucking days. You were lucky as you at least had gotten something like pins or sketches, I would pay for a little bookmark.

>>2465745It better have chubby Vivio
>>2465745
So when are they finally going to unnerf Vivio and fix her Linker Core?
>>2467376Never, They gonna stuff her in the infinite library shed alongside Arf and Yuuno.
Heh, drunk Eihart (officelady mode?)
cuck. that is all.
Young Fate mom
Holy crap the lower right part.
Oh, How I love these two...
>>2473816Me too, they're the best candidates to move the franchise forward and carry the NanoFate torch. I hope neither of them gets Yumina'd.
>>2473825They are going to get Einhart'd.
>>2473825Oh, yeah... That was brutal. Poor Vivio.
Guys, I have a question. Fujima Takuya, the artist of the Nanoha and Vivid series is known for making tons of hetshit hentai works from several animes. What I want to know is If he did this atrocity with any of the precious girls of the Nanoha/Vivid universe. I sure hope not.
>>2474953He's not allowed to draw the girls doing anything 18+. That's why you will see him draw doujins of gochis or something else to get it out of his system.
>>2474953It's pretty evident that he ships the Vivid girls together like everyone else, Anon. I think he has posted the usual risque images of Nanoha characters in his Twitter, but nothing explicitly hentai, I'm pretty sure he's contractually not allowed to make hentai of a franchise he's an artist of.
>>2474961I wouldn't say risque and more borderline with Vivio and co. He's shameless about what he loves to draw.
>>2474961I wouldn't be so sure of that, I'm sure that disgusting freak has het porn of them somewhere.he doesn't seem to have any respect for the character's personality.
>>2474969He might, but only he's allowed to see it. So it might as well not exist.
>>2474966Yeah, it's about in line with the official artworks. >>2474969It's probably a bad idea to make up theories and end up believing things without a good basis. You may as well theorize that all his hidden stash is loli yuri or that he doesn't have anything at all, but the only reasonable answer is that you don't know.
>>2474974No way, Fuji takes it above and beyond with some of the official stuff. Like the one with Vivio and Ein in the bath.
>>2474975So If he decides to draw Nanoha and Fate in a het orgy (Urgh. Banish the thought) so we should consider Nanoha and Fate having hetero sex as Canon? That's a frightening Idea...
>>2474987What the fuck are you talking about?
>>2474987Nobody is claiming the supposed doujins from an official artist are canon, and they probably don't even exist for any series.
>>2474993But what if, in a hypothetical scenario, he chooses to make this kind of het/hentai Work involving the girls in Nanoha, since he is the original artist, the contents within that Work would be Canon? I don't want to start any conflict. I just want to know your opinions.
>>2475018Regardless of the author, it needs to be an official manga to be canon, but an independent work is defined as a doujin, regardless of the author.
>>2475018> since he is the original artistHe isn't. He's neither the writer, creator, or 'original' artist. He didn't create the characters, he doesn't write the stories. He's just one of several artists who've been hired to provide artwork for the manga series.Whatever he does outside of the work he's contracted to do has no bearing on the franchise.
>>2475018You think if Stan lee all of a sudden were to write a story in which Spider-Man is gay and made it available on his own, without going through Marvel or Disney at all, people would just go "welp, I guess Spider-Man is gay now"? Don't be an idiot.
>>2475018>he chooses to make this kind of het/hentai Work involving the girls in NanohaIf he did that then now as he is not Nanoha official artist anymore, that's his own will to do whatever he wants to do in his free time. That has nothing to do with actual Nanoha franchise, how naive you have to be to belive that doujin works created by individual artist have anything to do with Nanoha canon? The only canon doujin artists collaborations are the ones in Nanoha anthologies but if anything they are yuri friendly anyway.
>>2475042That's not even a proper analogy, since Stan Lee created Spider-Man. Takuya is just a hired artist.
>>2475056I think it's a good analogy because it puts into perspective that even in Tsuzuki made a doujin it wouldn't be official, unless it was sold as an official manga.
>>2475018The Black Lagoon author used to draw doujins of his own characters but they aren't considered canon at all, just saying. Either way Tsuzuki would never draw doujins of Nanoha because he is not even the author and if he did he would get sued or something.
>>2475065I'm just saying that even in the impossible event that both of them did that, Takuya's would be even more irrelevant, as he wasn't involved in the creation or writing process.
When are we going to lean to not take the bait?
>>2474993>they probably don't even exist for any series.Well, there's Akuma no Riddle.
>>2475068People, they were talking about Fujima, not Tsuzuki. Fujima is the true creator isn't he?
>>2475047>now as he is not Nanoha official artist anymoreHe still is.He's drawing the Nanoha Reflection merchandise manga actually. I hope that was not the sole reason they ended Vivid for.
Tsuzuki is the main author and creator of the franchise and he's also one of the three that confirmed Nanoha and Fate are a couple.
>>2475165That feels like a small number when they have literally been a married couple for about 10 years.
>>2475189He's the main writer and he wrote NanoFate as a married couple in Vivid and in everything after that. He also has a handful of translated interviews and things in English of the hundreds that never got touched, but I'm not sure about what >>2475165 is referring to.
>>2475189>I'd like it so I can just repost it in the future every time an argument on the subject comes up.I doubt that there is a reasonable way to make an argument against their relationship from any point after StrikerS, other than an argument from ignorance, but that's just wasting time explaining things. From my experience most people that try to make an argument about yuri (or yaoi) couples usually come with preconceptions and bias against homosexuality that are not based on the actual content of the series.
>>2475201>most people that try to make an argument about yuriI mean 'against yuri'.
>>2475201Lets be real, most of the time it is overly sensitive shippers being delusional and taking observations about canon material as personal attacks. And lets not forget the trolls triggering people that are easily baited.
>>2475220Probably most people would agree that if someone is delusional is the hypothetical person that thinks it's justified to attack the couple, and not necessarily the person that would bother to reply to a bad argument, unless it's very evident that the initial argument was never intended to be taken seriously.
>>2475194That interview with Tsuzuki is what I meant. He's one of three people to say that NanoFate is canon, the other two being Yukarin and Nana. Then there's Vivid Life that's also written by Tsuzuki where Fate became jealous when she thought Nanoha was making moves on Einhart.
>>2475366Those are pretty old things from the StrikerS days, they officially started their family and got their house to live a quieter married life in Vivid. There is no reason to resort to low quality scans because someone that dislikes yuri can easily claim it's all fake or they can make up another bad excuse, the most common being that Vivid is a spin off and not part of the canon, or the same with the drama cds.
>>2475377>Vivid>Non-canon because it's a spin-offDespite it being written by Tsuzuki and referencing events from the previous three seasons as well as the drama CD with Ixpellia? Talk about delusional and desperate.
Vivid is totally canon because it takes place a year or two before Force.
>>2475226Oh, please. Give me more Fuuka/Rinne.
Rinne in Fuk clothes
>>2475840That tummy needs to be punched.
>>2475844I don't know about that
Why won't they just let Kogu do something official?
>>2475863Koguroya or MekiMeki should do the missing manga of the NanoFate teenage years.
The magazine that originally published Force is ceasing publication. https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2017-11-20/kadokawa-nyantype-magazine-ceases-publication/.124291
>>2475974
>>2454767>Yuri bait is like Kumiko and ReinaThat's bait and switch.
>>2475974And nothing of value was-Wait, they didn't have anything else that was /u/ related, did they?
>>2475992Not really , because shoe was intoduced as a love interest really early on. An Reaina always wanted to do the teacher.
>>2475840Are they really tight for her impressive figure?
>>2475377I find it funny that before Vivid, Yuuno was apparently an important part of the Takamachi family. Vivid then retconned Yuuno's importance out, leaving only Nanoha and Fate as Vivio's sole guardians. Yuri wins once again.
>>2476125Yuuno was never a part of their little lesbian family, he was a childhood friend that apparently only their daughter meets when she goes to the infinite library.
>>2476024Well, that article says it's running a Strike Witches manga, and they're always gay. Also some of the promo pinups were pretty /u/ relevant.
>>2476131I'm basing it off on a relationship chart prior to Vivid's release. Vivid retconned that chart out of existence by not even bothering with Yuuno. Vivid Life made it explicit that NanoFate are lovers.
>>2476173The Strikers chart had him as a childhood friend, they had to connect him somewhere in the chart, but not even in bad fanfiction he was a part of the Takamachi family, I don't know were you got that idea, NanoFate were the ones that adopted Vivio.
>>2476134Well RIP in peace then
>>2476177It was just something I read from a secondhand source. Either way, it doesn't matter now because Yuuno's relevance is at an all time low especially ever since Vivid/Vivid Life rolled around.
>>2476125>>2476131>>2476296Is it bad I had to Google "Yuuno" because I had no idea who that was?I got so used to calling him Ferret I just forgot what his actual name was.
>>2476746He was more recognized than you would expect in the west because he used to have a small, vocal and infamous fanbase.
>>2476125>>2476746You know I basically eat this series for the yuri but this irrational hate for Yuuno is somewhat disgusting.Come on, stop being so autistic, he's not a threat in the slightest, so you don't need to channel your ire or project shit into his character, ffs.Well anyway, do whatever you think you want with your time, I just felt it's needed to bring it back to earth a bit so that random passerby don't think we are all crazy around here.In case I misjudged you and got myself fooled into projecting the stereotype onto you, sorry.
>>2476755>Being this butthurt>When he canonically lost>And is also canonically irrelevantAnd you need to stop being overly defensive about a character that's practically not even a footnote anymore.
>>2476755Don't bother, people here have a hate-boner for him. They'll probably call us ferretfags next.
>>2476755He is rarely ever even brought up or remembered anymore until weirdos like you come along and get weirdly defensive about him.He used to get a lot of hate due to that very vocal Nanoferret cancer that plagued the fan base in the early years. It's best not to ever mention him; just like in canon.
>>2476857>>2476916Whew people, your faith in NanoFate must be pretty weak if you are that defensive about this topic. That's why pointed it out, to somebody not autistic it wouldn't even occur there is single reason to "not to ever mention him". Well, I guess I'll be glad for that. Also, I think an attitude like that only opens you to actual "ferretfag" troll baits.
>>2476929>faith in NanoFateThat's probably the wrong word, you should be looking for something relative to knowledge or similar to confidence. "Faith" outside of a religious context is usually attributed to believing in a proposition without any good reason or without evidence, so it doesn't apply here.
>>2476929You are projecting. I wad pointing out that nobody cares about him until someone, like yourself, feels the need to jump to his defence even when no one is attacking him.
What could it be?
>>2476943Vivio, Ein and I think Corona
>>2476937Having two cool mamas, Vivio is such a lucky girl.
>>2476943I hope it means that Vivio is getting a proper story.
>>2476943Left is Vivio and right is Corona, middle dunno - it rather looks like twintails, so probably not Rio, cold be Einhart in uniform, pervcat in her left hand.
And it should just be teaser for some posters/inserts in the tank release of volume 20 of Vivid, so nothing significant happening.Let him reboot Force please.
>>2477288Nothing can save force. Let it die already.
>>2477303Death of Force is death of Nanoha.
>>2477288Force was irredeemable garbage. Let it be forgotten and do something else.
>>2477308Vivid is a far better send off than force could ever be. And vivid was shit.
>>2477308Force died years ago and Nanoha is still alive. If something as bad as Force didn't kill the franchise in one blow nothing will.
>>2477308>death of Devil May Cry 2 is the death of Devil May Cry
>>2477313>>2477315>sendoffExactly! If there is no Force or something that would actually go on and replace it (which they are afraid to do), there won't ever be any continuation. Just rehashes like Innocent.
>>2477350I don't think you know that.
>>2477350Thats what Fuuka is for.
>>2476755I agree with the principle of what you're saying, but you have to remember that he was poised as a potential love interest for Nanoha early on, and is only considered a harmless character in hindsight. Besides, while Yuuno isn't a terrible character he was never really a good one either, y'know?Male characters in Nanoha just don't tend to be that great in general. The most interesting ones were probably introduced in StrikerS, like the sniper that shot his sister or the corrupt military guys, and no one even talks about them.
Wish we could have an OVA adaptation of Mekimeki's doujins. Fuck canon and shit, it would just be super cute
>>2479471Chubby Vivio does deserve to be animated.
>>2479471There is something canon by MekiMeki in A la Carte that could be cute in animated form, but it's too short to be an OVA on its own. Maybe they can animate Vivid Life or A la Carte, I know I have more fun reading those than Vivid.
>>2477469Dunno, maybe I'm prejudiced against Vice because he's adult, but I don't think anybody in StrikerS was as interesting. They just didn't have much time to shine, including Zest who seemed to be a nice dude, had nice voice etc. Too bad they wasted his part with that cliched death that made no sense. Given how he acted as a kind of fatherly figure, they totally should have him surrender so that he could see over Lutecia being safe over his last few weeks. It would be nice if they showed him showing some interest in the numbers reforming and wishing them well or something (given how he talked about them being like children). In any case, Chrono and Yuuno were hopelessly support characters but they were pretty good. Basically equivalents of the "ridiculously competent and mature loli", just with unfortunate chromosomes. Also you anons keep forgetting Zafira, he's definitely on the top.
I need more Rinne and Fuuka in my life.

>>2480168Should have thrown in Schach too. I don't think she was ever naked in official art!

>>2480461But Vivio is not her wife, she is not even one of the mistresses.
>>2480047Rinne would disagree.

So, when someone used the name "Yuuno" I really had to Google it, because I really didn't remember who it was.
Is Kogu doing a Fuuka and robot mom doujin?
>>2483494Nanoha can't catch a brake. They keep fucking up her face, same for Fate.

>22:00-1:00: Alone time with Nanoha>22:00-1:00: Alone time with FateThey do this every night. It seems like our favorite couple have a healthy sex life.
>>2490586Yeah, that's pretty old, we have known about their daily 3 hours of love making for almost 10 years.
>>24905863 hours a day? Surely they'd either wear themselves out or run out of sex positions. They probably finished the Karma Sutra after a month.
>>2490601>wear themselves outThat's likely, they're effectively taking their 3 sex hours from their sleeping time. As a result and according to their schedule Fate only sleeps 5 hours and Nanoha 4, they should definitely sleep more but I suppose their hormones are much stronger than the fatigue from overworking themselves every day.
>>2490606That's their schedule during StrikerS yet they're still their same old happy selves in Vivid which is four years after. It seems like that 3 hours of sex each night just energizes them more. Kinky couple, that NanoFate.
