She is known for her figure flaunting looks but for once this star decided to keep the Skinny Girl under wraps.

Bethenny Frankel headed out in New York on Wednesday in a very casual ensemble.

The 45-year-old star seemed in a great mood as she left the Sirius Building, smiling away in her sweatpants.

The Real Housewives Of New York star managed to look both cool and casual rocking a pair of slim-fit sweatpants with a grey slogan tee and a leather bomber jacket.

The Skinny Girl mogul then added a pair of unusual slip-on sneakers and vintage-inspired oversized sunglasses.

Bethenny threw back her hair in a haphazard bun and wore little makeup on her face, which many have accused her of having invasive surgery on.

The star, however, admitted to the Dailymail.com that she has indeed had some cosmetic work done - but it is not what you think.

She said at the DailyMail.com's 2016 Newfront in New York last week that she had Botox injected into her jaw to help her after years of grinding her teeth in her sleep.

'I do look different. I’ve had Botox in my jaw,' she told the DailyMail.com. 'You can see that my jaw has completely changed.'

'My jaw from grinding for so many years was like this,' she says, holding her fist tightly to illustrate. 'It’s like a muscle, it’s like working out with weights.'

She's pleased and 'excited' by her new look, noting: 'I think it’s why I can take a shorter haircut.'

It is little wonder that the reality star wanted to try a more casual approach to dressing on Wednesday, as last week saw her go from red carpet to red carpet.

After wowing at the DailyMail.com's 2016 Newfront she then jetted to Las Vegas, Nevada, to celebrate the opening of latest hot spot, Beauty & Essex at The Cosmopolitan.

There the star showed off plenty of skin in a revealing cut out dress on the carpet before revealing more in bikini snaps on Instagram.
