So it came as no surprise that Lara Lieto pulled out all the stops for the amfAR's 23rd Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Antibes on Friday.

Joined on the red carpet by her boyfriend Adrien Brody, 43, the pair made for a handsome couple as they headed into the star-studded event.

Strapless in design, the fairy tale dress showed off her decolletage - bare with the absence of jewellery - as well as her toned and defined arms.

Nipping in at her tiny waist, the dazzling garment then flared out and trailed across the ground, following her as she strode.

The event, which takes place just outside of Cannes, will also feature Kirsten Dunst, Vanessa Paradis and Donald Sutherland who are serving as chairs for the Cannes Film Festival Jury.
