And Georgia May Foote and Giovanni Pernice appeared to be reliving the humble beginnings of their love story as they cosied up together at a dance studio in a sweet snap.

Wrapping her arms around her beau's neck, the 25-year-old actress looked happily loved-up as she cuddled up close for the picture - which Giovanni posted to Instagram on Thursday captioned: 'It's been a while @georgiafoote #showtime.'

Showing off her incredible figure, the former Coronation Star donned a pair of skintight monochrome leggings that clung to her slender curves.

Flashing a hint of her taut stomach, she rolled up her Nike sports top as she snuggled up to her beau, who placed a hand on the small of her back.

Finishing off the ensemble like a professional dancer, she donned a pair of small brown heels that gave her petite frame an extra boost.

Wearing her chestnut coloured locks swept back into a loose ponytail, she closed her eyes as she rested on the professional dancer's chest, seemingly in a state of serenity and bliss.

Meanwhile, Giovanni, 25, kept things low-key in a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms and a white vest that showed off his muscular arms.

Holding up one hand to snap the picture, he placed the other lovingly around Georgia's waist as he beamed for the camera.

Georgia and Giovanni met whilst filming Strictly Come Dancing in late 2015 - where they finished as runners-up, losing out to The Wanted's Jay McGuinness.

When they first met the actress was still dating former Corrie co-star Sean Ward, but their relationship fell apart soon afterwards.

During an appearance on Lorraine last week, Georgia couldn't help gushing about her partner, even admitting she was learning Italian for her man.

'My boyfriend is Italian, so I'm trying to learn a little bit,' she said. 'Even if we didn't end up together, he would be my friend for life. I know it's cringey to say but we're like one big happy family.'
