Made In Chelsea's Nicola Hughes flaunts her trim figure as she heads to a work out in tiny cotton hotpants

She's not long since returned from the Maldives with the Made In Chelsea gang.

But Nicola Hughes' mind was back on discipline on Wednesday when she was pictured hitting the gym with a friend.

The reality TV star was already boasting a flawless physique in cotton hotpants and a cobalt workout top, but she seemed keen to honed her figure further.

Nicola carried a pink protein drink to give her the extra boost to motivate her mid-week workout and turned to a gal pal to spot her through a session.

Even though the look was already very leggy, she further boosted her chest size with a skintight sports bra worn beneath her bright workout top.

Nicola also made life a little tricky for herself at the gym with a full face of make-up and her hair coiffed like it hard just been blow-dried.

It's little surprise that Nicola needed to blow off some steam in the gym, since MIC viewers have seen her experience extreme highs and lows with boyfriend Alex Mytton in this series of the ITVBe show.

Even Nicola's so-called good friend Louise Thompson called their relationship into question while chatting to The Irish Mail this weekend.

'I just don't think they have a future together,' she said of the reality TV couple. 'I never see the two of them together. I hear about the bad stuff. There is no way I would last in that relationship.'

Louise previously felt obliged to retract unsavoury statements she made about Nicola at the start of the series, when she called the blonde 'fame hungry.'

She apologised by saying: 'The last time I was in Ireland, I said some not very nice things about her and I'd like to clear that up.

'We've gone beyond that. I didn't really respect our relationship, but now I think she's a really, really sweet girl.'
