The bank’s staffers requested ‘more frequent and constructive feedback’

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is shaking up performance reviews for its roughly 36,500 workers.

The Wall Street bank will no longer rate staff on a scale of one to nine in employee reviews starting next month, and this fall will experiment with an online system through which employees can give and receive continuous feedback on their performance.
