    Oven baked! No, it’s not Kosher but so good! Low fat, high protein, 0 carbs. It’s a healthier chip.

    Either you love mushrooms or hate them. I like them with curry, turmeric, ginger, salt, and pepper with some soy sauce. Simple and yummy!

    I’m in a slight cooking rut. Made teriyaki chicken with noodles. Not bad! 3 out of 4 us liked it.

    Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to add veggies so I often use leftovers.

    Whole chicken cut in half. It took 50 minutes to cook at 350. I used lemon, olive oil and poultry seasoning. Let sit for 15 and then cut it.
