Journaling reads: Ivy & Baxter had a great time playing restaurants with the cubby house furniture & cooking set. Ivy dragged all the bits onto the lawn, & Baxter supplied the dirt & mud & grass. Ivy took the “orders” on the phone, and Baxter played cook, making all sorts of weird “food”!

Sara: I wanted so badly to have a new apron while thinking about this category. I’ve been on a sewing kick, so why not? I’m now completely ready to bake some goodies!

May 1st- Unexpected

This month we are lucky to have 2 very cool guest designers as well as an awesome prize donated by HAMBLY! Please welcome Jessica Wilson and Amy Tangerine.🙂 Our first category this month is: unexpected.

I am a twenty-seven year old stay-at-home mama to two wonderful, beautiful,
smart and crazy kids. My husband is wonderful and supports me in my
scrapbooking, but not so much my “creative MESS” around the house. You can say
I am a big kid myself. I love to laugh, get my hands dirty, and pretty much
like to have fun. Other than scrapbooking, I have a new love of art
journalling(thanks to Rachel Whetzel and Emily Falconbridge for that), I also
like to embroider, and love any activities outdoors. I am a big nature girl. I
am currently trying to come up with a term to “define” my scrapbooking style, I
love bright, vibrant colors and all things artsy, and just need a term that
describes “ME”!
