Lee says: “I’m Lucky – because I get to travel for work a few times a year to attend conferences. I made this mini-album to document the trip I recently took to Sydney for one such conference. Here is the cover and a couple of my fave pages, one about the hotel and the other about my three fave “S” words – Shopping, Spa pedicures and Sushi – and how I love to indulge in all three when I go to Sydney for a work trip and if I get to have some free time!”

Danielle: “I’m {getting} Lucky.  My husband travels for work quite frequently and I thought about the how lucky I am to have him. He’s such a hard-worker, easy-going, generous, great dad and friend. I wanted to do a project about him, but couldn’t think of anything until I thought, I’m {getting} Lucky and thought these embroidered unmentionables with the pin up girl and 4 leaf clover would make him smile!”

March 1st Category- Precious Things

Hello everyone! Wow. We’ve had a LOT of participation the past month…please continue to join us! It’s been great fun to see everyone’s work.

“Tracy Lee is a very sleep-deprived stay-at-home mom, drinking too much coffee in the urban mud puddle of Seattle. She has two insomniac children who may possibly be trying to kill her with their love. She is also a freelance artist, law student, and RPG video game addict, when she’s not sucked waist-deep into the cult of scrapbooking, that is. A painter at heart, she loves any excuse to throw paint on a layout, and get things a little bit grungey, a little bit messy. She also doesn’t know when to quit throwing embellishments on a layout, ever. Still new on the scene, her work is being featured in Scrapbooking.com Magazine and she has been commissioned to design a web banner and logo for a Seattle-based collectible card shop. Also, she doesn’t think it weird at all to talk about herself in the third person.
