Clinton Vows Immediate Push on Infrastructure

Aide says Democratic presidential candidate promises action within first 100 days if elected

SALINAS, Calif.—If elected president, Hillary Clinton would send infrastructure legislation to Congress within her first 100 days, the Democratic front-runner said Wednesday.

The Democrat has already proposed $275 billion in spending over five years, and the campaign said she would add to that package.
