“The irony was that as a hospital senior physiotherapist I was struggling with low back pain, to the point where I simply couldn’t continue with such a physically demanding job.

My aim was to find new work – but where to begin?   How could I best adapt my skills and experience, what types of job should I apply for, where would I look and how would I go about it?   Plus my CV was all over the place, and looking via social media was something completely alien to me.   Then a friend’s daughter pointed me in the direction of Resource, whom she had found very helpful previously.
