Awesome for Cultural/Moral Boost

製品を使ってみた感想: We brought Assembly on a couple years ago and it was very easy to understand and use. Once they integrated with Slack it made it even easier. It spread like wildfire at the office of about 200 people

良いポイント:

People that do not typically receive bonuses or commission were able to have their extra hard work monetized.

There isnt really anything that I didnt like about Assembly

製品を使ってみた感想: Assembly has been fun to use and I see that it has made it much easier for our team members to acknowledge each other's hard work. On the Admin side, we can easily see our reports and identify what is the main factor in contributing to employee work satisfaction. In fact, it seems to be encouraging employees to help each other more, which is great.

良いポイント:

Assembly is very easy to set up and even easier to invite team members. It has become a daily use for all of us. This program has helped enhance our culture-building efforts.

改善してほしい点:

There aren't any cons with this software at the moment. I realize they're still fairly new and are always taking suggestions and making improvements.

良いポイント:

I had pear points and i was able to fairly easily get visa cards for the pear points

I think 2 for 1 would be better than 1 for 1

製品を使ってみた感想: This tool is amazing for Employee Engagement. There are very real rewards given out in a most convenient way. Our employees have started to make themselves accountable for things. They have started meeting each other and sharing positive exchanges. They hold the Care Coins in high regard and feel proud of themselves.

The ability to make our staff feel positive about themselves and our company.

That I don't have enough time to try out every single one of the features. Maybe in time.
