  This hotel is truly lovely! The service was typical JW - top notch from bell hops to valet, housekeeping and wait staff/restaurant and executive lounge. Being attached to the Mall, I expected a little more kid-friendly pool, but it was not any different from other JWs...cooler water, smaller pool, and really more of a serene area (again lovely just not kid friendly). Also, no hot tub was a real disappointment after a lot of travel woes. I would totally recommend for business and adult-only travel. The room was extremely comfortable and peaceful!

  Food was late, tasteless and the Mongolian Beef had a burnt taste and no spiciness to it. The only good thing was the egg drop soup. But you can't really screw that up.
