Forever the best place to eat in Berkeley. I've been coming here since I started going to Cal and every time someone visits or does not know what to eat I recommend it here. The food is SO TASTY!! And the smell is unlike anything I've ever smelled. It take a bit to get your food once you've ordered but it is so well worth it. Terrible business model.

Spirit makes Southwest look like Emirates First Class.

Their website tries to spam/ up-sell you hotel and car rentals...and the up-selling doesn't end until you land.

Out of control incremental charges designed to extract as much money as possible with the fake appeal that their fares are competitive.    The company tries to spin it as in favor of the customer, but it is a total joke.  I paid an additional 35 dollars for 1 carry on bag.  They want you to pay to "Select a Seat".   If your not savvy it seems like it is a necessary charge...it isn't.   At the…Read more Terrible business model.

Economy airline seats are usually not very comfortable but these were the worst I've ever sat in.   I was woken up halfway through the flight with a flight attendant using the PA system to try to sell everyone on the plane a credit card!   Her pitch was lengthy and annoying.

They charge 3 bucks for water!    

Fly any other airline.

My 7 year old would have done a much better job at cleaning my girl's car. They left dog hair and dust all over the place, still stank like dog. Waste of my hard earned money. I'm going to have to hand wash the inside myself quick before she gets back. I had wanted this to be a surprise.

Well here I am at your business during your claimed open hours and you're not open. Very disappointed and not surprised.
