Chill airport, cafe seating with table service spilling out into the space by the gates is nice (Gate 20)

BUT

Duty free will gleefully sell you things American customs will take away. No Polish sausage for you, sorry! So, if you can't avoid the temptations of nicely priced venison goods, I guess you have to be prepared to lie to the border cops in the US.

Of course, I cannot endorse that course of action, so maybe plan a visit to a Polish meats purveyor in Greenpoint if you are lucky enough to spend time in Brooklyn.  \

Absolutely delicious!! Got the tomato soup, (fresh, sweet, beautiful, big, perfect!), then a gorgeous beautiful salad in truffle dressing (comes with mushrooms, pork medallions and other goodies) and their duck ! (Yummmmm!). All for a very decent price and perfect service. Highly recommended .
