It's like your brain learned to play it while you were sleeping.

Isn't that what's guessed to happen when we sleep? Processing whatever happened that day and rewiring the brain accordingly?

I find it so interesting that this happens so quickly and then rather permanently. Like your brain needs some time to figure things out, but then it just flips a switch and then everything seems normal.
Just like with those people that had their vision changed (I think it was via mirror glasses or something like that) so that they would see upside-down (or was it right and left reversed?). They just adapted to it in a short while and then it was normal. And when they took off the glasses it was strange to them for a while before they adapted back to their normal vision.

But it is part of a current meta joke which possibly grants it a momentary increase in popularity

My advice: If you haven't sold "before and after being called a good boy", you should do it right now to minimize loss.

There was that one guy claiming to be his relative. Used skills that aren't enabled on the server: resurrected some people, walked on water and such. He was probably just using noclip & hacks tho.

That guy's name: Neo
