I thought I’d pop in to share a card I made last night using some new Technique Tuesday! I seriously cannot get enough of this sentiment, so here it is again: 🙂

I masked the bottom to create the grass, and I thought it was fun! I’d like to try some more ideas with that soon! 🙂

I’m popping back in with a couple new cards using one of my new favorite stamp sets from Technique Tuesday!

hawkins_jill_zombies_wm This card uses the new set, You Aren’t Normal stamp set from TT. Seriously, it is awesome! I am itching to make more cards with this! 🙂 I also used, Undeniably Smitten stamp set.

This sentiment below, is likely my favorite from You Aren’t Normal set. I used it so simply here, because it just rocks alone! 🙂

Seasons Givings Blog Hop!

Today, I’m sharing a couple of cards that are for the super fun New Release of Technique Tuesday! And of course, I have a Giveaway!! First the fun cards 🙂

This uses the new Fredrick and Fiona stamp set from Technique Tuesday. I stamped, colored with Copics, and then masked these cuties to blend on some Distress Ink. They make such a sweet little card. ❤Of course, I had to balance the cute with some cool, right? Here they are in their sly fox glory! 🙂 These foxes, I masked again, and colored with my Zig pens. The sunglasses are from THIS Fresh Cut Studio Summer die set. Too fun! 🙂 Too sly. 😉

You’re Pretty Fly!

Beginning to slowly come out of the Christmas fog…I reiterate, slowly! 🙂

I wanted to share a couple of cards using Nerdy Bird from Technique Tuesday. Love this little guy! I also used the Memory Keeper’s Studio Light Bulb Moment stamps! Bright and fun! And here’s another cutie stack!

Aren’t they fun, all with their little ties?! 🙂 Eeep!

I watercolored these cards, both with my Zig pens and with my Kuretake watercolors. If you can go with the flow (literally), it is such a fun way to color images for cards.

Lights! December Technique Tuesday!!

Hola everyone! I hope that your week has been a good one! I wanted to shout that Technique Tuesday has another BRIGHT release this month!! THESE LIGHT BULBS! ❤

They are made with the newly released Fresh Cut Studio Bright Lights dies and the Memory Keeper’s Studio Light Bulb Moment stamps! I just think they are fantastic and can be used on sooooo many things!

Such fun!! Here’s a couple of cards I made with them…..

For this card, I of course, did my paper strips and then die cut the light bulbs from it. This was tricky, I’m not going to lie. The teeny tiny strips of paper are delicate, and if they aren’t adhered REALLY well before you die cut, watch out! 🙂 But I super ❤ how they turned out!For this card below, I just die cut them more traditionally and glued them to the card stock panel. I then added scored lines to the panel and stitching. The alphabet letters I used are the perfect size and from THIS die set, Home Town Lower Case dies.Gah! Love that bright green on the black! 😉 And I love to create my own sentiments! 🙂Be sure to check out all the fun new stuff from Technique Tuesday this month HERE!

25 Days of Christmas Tags!

Today, I have the fun opportunity to participate in my friend Tracey McNeely’s 25 Days of Christmas Tags with Technique Tuesday! I love that Tracey puts all this together every year. because I love to see all the tags in my IG feed! Plus, Tracey is just one of the sweetest, joyful people you could meet. 🙂

These snowflakes! Plus, these sentiments are just soooo fantastic! Such a great set! ❤This little snowman makes me smile! I colored him with Copic markers and added some twine. 🙂 hawkins_jill_tag-snowman_wm I may add these to a card base, or just use them as package tags. Either way, love having them done! 🙂

Sweet Surprises

It’s almost October, so that means Technique Tuesday will have a bunch of new goodies coming out tomorrow!! Check out the latest stuff HERE!

I thought I’d share this cutie little mouse, Mouse Chef, here today:

Eeeeee! It’s a mouse! But oh, such a fun one! And he’s baking! 😉

For this card, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, added a little strip, stitching, and clipped some twine. Q.T. 🙂
