EU commissioner 'doubts' Google will offer her a job

EU competition commissioner Margrethe Vestager declined answering whether she would accept a job with Google if the US firm offered her one after she left the EU Commission. She said she would answer the question if such an offer came, adding "I doubt it will happen". Former competition and digital agenda commissioner, Neelie Kroes, recently became an adviser to ride-sharing app Uber, which faces legal challenges in several EU countries.
