Todd Gloria is a Democratic member of the California State Assembly, representing District 78. Gloria was elected to the office on November 8, 2016.
Gloria also served as a member of the San Diego City Council in California, representing District 3 from 2008 to 2016. Gloria served as the Council President from 2013-December 10, 2014.[1]
Following former San Diego Mayor Bob Filner's resignation in August 2013, Gloria served as the Interim-Mayor of San Diego until current Mayor Kevin Faulconer was sworn in on March 3, 2014.[2]

Biography
Gloria was born in San Diego. He holds a B.A. in history from the University of San Diego. His professional experience includes working for the County of San Diego's Health and Human Services Agency and as the District Director for U.S. Congresswoman Susan A. Davis.[2]
