This red carbon fiber loudspeaker is $30,000

Fresh speakers to match your Ferrari

Hypetex is the first company to make colored carbon fiber — also called Hypetex  — which had been limited to a dark shade of grey for years, unless you decided to paint it (which can add weight, an issue for the F1 teams from which Hypetex's engineering team comes from). But seeing as the London-based company isn't restricting its tech to the racing world, it decided to partner with British high-end audio specialist Wilson Benesch to create a carbon fiber loudspeaker. That costs $30,000.

A.C.T. One Evolution P1,

The A.C.T. One Evolution P1 (looks like those F1 guys made it into the marketing team, too) is a four driver, floor-standing, "enzo," red carbon fiber loudspeaker — the first of its kind. The 110-pound speaker is constructed entirely out of carbon fiber and alloy, while still maintaining the audio quality Wilson Benesch is known for. So if you need a new set of fresh speakers to match your Ferrari and don't mind dropping $30,000 per speaker, the A.C.T. One Evolution P1 may be the speaker for you.
