HP announces new Pavilion All-in-Ones with micro-edge displays

HP unleashed an entire slew of devices today, including two brand-new Pavilion All-in-One desktop PCs that come with a couple of standout features. The company is brining new micro-edge displays to the desktop PCs, cutting down the bezels to essentially nothing. HP says the new ultra-thin bezels reduces border width by 75 percent compared to standard edge-to-edge displays. And HP's new privacy camera is designed to pop up from the top of the computer when needed, and the camera and microphone are automatically disabled when hidden, protecting users from hackers and malicious malware.

The new Pavilion All-in-Ones are available in 23.8-inch and 27-inch variations, and come with a wide range of spec options: 6th generation Intel chips, RealSense cameras, up to 16GB of RAM, and 3TB of storage available to customers. HP is also introducing a standalone monitor dubbed the Pavilion Display featuring a Quad HD display, dual HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and a USB hub.

The Pavilion Display starts at $399 and will be available on June 26th, the 23.8-inch Pavilion All-in-One with a micro-edge display will be available on July 10th starting at $749, and the 27-inch version will hit shelves on July 3rd starting at $999.
