Not far from Bathurst, these caves are self guided and quite spectacular. This is one of my favorite images from a recent trip featuring an old suspension bridge over the river that flows through the cave.

Supernumerary Rainbow

What an amazing wagon wheeled supernumerary rainbow after the epic hailstorm we had in Bathurst. It is a massive panorama comprised of 11 images so can be printed as large as you like :) God rays and rainbow in one, gotta love it. let me know if I got the rainbow terminology wrong, apparently these are quite rare.

There was stunning sunset looking east from Bathurst tonight. This is an 11 image panorama so can be printed large. It only stayed around for a few minutes, I didn't have time to find a better foreground so worked with the view I had on hand.. Cant complain :)

Milky Dreams
Coonabarabran, NSW, Australia

Taken in Coonabarabran which has some of the best sky's to capture the Milky way. This is a six image vertical panorama so it can be printed LARGE.

I was all cosy and warm inside, but when the clouds cleared I couldn't resist heading out in the freezing cold to see what I could capture.

To say I didn't regret it would be an understatement, I think this is one of my favorite images to date. It puts everything in perspective in an instant.

On the move...

I love how the truck looks lost in a sea of yellow... I took some shots with the truck in focus and motion blur of the landscape, but I prefer this shot where everything is clear taken at 1250th of a second.
