Best review platform out there.

Comments: Online reviews are critical to our business and Trustpilot allows us to integrate, seamlessly, with Google and Facebook.

Pros:

Where to start. Ease of use, customer support, online resources and, most importantly, completely customizable solutions that allow us to maximize all customer touchpoints. The customized solutions, from automatically sending out reviews to google integration, is what I like most about Trustpilot. We use Trustpilot to automatically send out product-specific review invites with every purchase. In the case that we the customer is purchasing apparel, there are apparel specific data points you can collect, like fit, fabric and quality. This is critical for us as we look to differentiate ourselves from other companies out there. Additionally, the review platform is easy to navigate and easy for the customer to leave a review. They also make it very easy to allow us to respond back to the customer as well.

Cons:

The only issue that I have had with Trustpilot is when we submit evidence that a review is not authentic. It takes too long and requires too much data for them to pull the review right away. Often times we will get a slew of fabricated reviews in the middle of a large campaign and those fabricated reviews can interrupt the momentum we look to gain.

Comments: As a freelancer software developer, before offering any software proposal, I refer to the reviews of any business on TrustPilot. It has saved me a lot of time to send proposals to fake companies.

Pros:

Consumers review their service experience with any businesses on TrustPilot. Very much famous for genuine reviews. TrustPilot is the most reliable source to find authentic reviews of any business.

Cons:

Customer support takes time to reply to the queries

Trustpilot is an amazing site

Pros:

It's so easy to find out how reliable a company is through these easy to read, vetted reviews. As a business it's even easier to find out what your consumers are thinking. It's great that the reviews have to be verified unlike on other competitor sites.

Cons:

The flagging process is completely flawed.

A Highly Recommended Trust Platform!

Comments: Overall, I am very pleased with Trustpilot. It is easy to use, provides a great range of customer reviews, and is a great resource to refer to when making decisions.

Pros:

Trustpilot has been a great tool for me to find customer reviews about products and services. I love that it is easy to use and that it covers a wide range of products and services. The reviews are very helpful in making informed decisions.

Cons:

The only issue I have found with Trustpilot is that sometimes the reviews can be biased or not very accurate. I would like to see more checks and balances in place to ensure that reviews are more accurate and reliable.

Great Experience using Free Version

Pros:

Full disclaimer, we are using the free version of TrustPilot and have been for a year or two. What's great about is the ease of response and snapshot insights that we're able to receive. I like that even with the free account there are some customizations available.

Cons:

I feel like TrustPilot could be a bit more involved when someone submits multiple reviews about the same issue. Sometimes they'll catch it and note it's not part of the overall score - but other times they don't. Also, if we do a request for more information from the poster and they don't respond, it doesn't give us any avenue to address their concerns and the review should be removed in my opinion. I don't bother to fight these as TrustPilot is not our main review platform, but if it was this would definitely be more cause for concern.
