Position Summary:  Corporate Counsel will safeguard Company reputation by guaranteeing that the Company strictly follows law guidelines and gives legal advice to management about all relevant issues  such as compliance, corporate, partnerships, contract, insurance, and labor as well as obtains and oversees the work of outside counsel. The successful candidate will effectively ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure.

This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives on a variety of legal topics (contracts, labor law, partnerships, international ventures, etc.)
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Oversees the selection, retention, management and evaluation of all outside counsel
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  • Conduct work with integrity and responsibility
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
  • Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews as requested by senior management.

Position Summary:  The Sr. Security Engineer will have a strong background managing network, server and application infrastructure security. The position is responsible for evaluating network architecture and hardware/software configurations for security vulnerabilities, assisting network/server/application Engineers in creating secure systems and for monitoring the complete environment for security threats. This position also designs security infrastructure (HW/SW policies & procedures) and perform network & application vulnerability assessments to evaluate IT infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Focus will be to protect mission critical applications and corresponding databases. To provide this protection, you’ll work with state-of-the-art application/database layer intrusion / prevention technology that operates in a way that is very similar to the operation of other IDS technology.
  • Proactively monitor threats and provide mitigation when threats are real.
  • Work closely with the network and infrastructure operations team and those whose responsibility is application development.
  • In addition to providing Intrusion Detection / Prevention services, you’ll also assist with PCI (Payment Card Industry) and data security audits / assessments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  The Sales Support Engineer (SSE) role will encompass supporting the sales team with technical solutions throughout the sales cycle (Sales Engineering), and working with the IT integration team to provide ongoing support for new clients through their own integration process post-sale through to go-live (Client Integration Management).

The SSE at times may interface with the Project Management Office to estimate hours, cost, and project timeline, gather requirements, and architect solutions for custom development/integration projects for Bluefin’s suite of products and key clients. The SSE will maintain direct and ongoing communication with the sales team for the purposes of explaining technical concepts and answering technical product and security questions as they relate to Bluefin’s products and services.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Producing technical documents and demonstrating device interfacing and functionality.
  • Assessing feasibility of available solutions for specific environments.
  • Conveying technical concepts in a way that is clear and appropriate for the audience.
  • Tracking ongoing internal projects.

The SSE will collaborate and participate with other leaders in the organization by maintaining and sharing industry knowledge in order to remain aware of trends, competition, threats, and opportunities. The SSE may also participate in cross-functional tasks as a stakeholder, especially pertaining to the perceived value, effectiveness, and ease-of-implementation of proposed technical product enhancements. A key skill for this role is identifying and communicating key technical Bluefin products and/or services to the client.

The employee must be willing to travel given adequate notice approximately 30% of the time to conduct meetings with key clients, internal departmental meetings, for industry conferences, or training at the request of Bluefin management.

Position Summary: Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting customers with payment gateways and merchant accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  include the following and other duties may be assigned: Answering calls and emails from customers, following up as necessary, documenting outcome. Navigating multiple credit card processing platforms and ecommerce gateway solutions to locate customer profiles, perform research and develop issue resolutions quickly and accurately. Answering questions regarding payment gateways, API integration, pricing, funds settlement, and account updates. Collecting required documentation for account changes and assigning to appropriate department or entity as needed. Conduct quality control checks on new accounts.

Position Summary:

The Technical Support and Deployment Manager is responsible for leading a team that consists of Technical Support and Deployment Specialists. The position provides day-to-day direction to their team and takes ownership of issues resolution. This manager is the escalation point for technical support inquiries for processor, gateway, POS, P2pE, Decryptx products and deployment of the hardware and solution set ups required for these products to function.  This position works directly with customers. The Technical Support and Deployment Manager produces KPI reporting and engages daily with Customer Service, Relationship Management, Account Boarding, Development and IT and Sales staff to ensure solutions are successfully established and deployed. This manager identifies and takes ownership to correct any items that hinder customer satisfaction, retention and account growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Resolves POS gateway and software technical inquiries from merchants, partners and internal teams. Performs as the point of escalation for POS gateway and software service inquiries. Works with Sales to provide technical input for POS solutions and help secure new customers. Updates and maintains technical support and deployment training material and documentation. Trains Service/Support staff and clients on POS solution features and procedures. Creates and analyzes reports and makes recommendations to VP, GM Support Services to improve service. Researches and troubleshoots issues for our partners and merchants on both internal and external systems.  Assists with all production issues as needed. Trains and coaches Technical Support and Deployment staff. Identifies, reports, troubleshoots and resolves daily, technical production issues. Manages day-to-day items and situations with deployment and KIF vendors. Work with the VP, GM of Support Services to continually improve the Support Services team.

Position Summary:  The Inside Merchant Sales Representative is a highly energetic individual who will develop and manage all aspects of our third party sales channel referral strategy.  The candidate must ensure that our program is properly communicated to our target market and maintain a superior fulfillment process.
