בַּנֶּפֶשׁ וְהֵם מְשַׁיְּטִים חֶרֶשׁ,

בְּמַעְגְּלֵי הַזְּמַן.

יֵשׁ, שֶׁכִּסּוּפִים מְחַלְחֲלִים

אַט אַט, כְּקוּרִים מְנַצְנְצִים,

בְּחֶבְיוֹן הַזְּמַן.

.

אַךְ כָּל עוֹד פּוֹעֵם הַלֵּב,

שָׁבִים הַזִּכְרוֹנוֹת וְעוֹלִים בָּנוּ,

בְּרֶטֶט, כָּאן וְעַכְשָׁו.
