Germany mulls returning asylum seekers to Greece

Germany's interior minister De Maiziere told the Welt am Sonntag newspaper that Greece must improve refugee conditions as part of a bigger plan to relaunch the stalled Dublin regulation. "This must have consequences that will enable refugees to be sent back to Greece according to the Dublin regulations," he said. Dublin rules require the point of entry EU state to process asylum claims on behalf of everyone else.
