I took my 2 kids (12 and 8 yrs old) to Urban Air on a Wednesday morning during Christmas break. We got there early so there was hardly anyone there and there was a lot of space to move. They had a great time and got a lot of pent up energy out. We don't like crowds so going right when it opened was the best thing for us. I can see how it can get crowded really quick, and that can be a bit dangerous for smaller/younger kids.

They have the obstacle course with 4 different lanes of different levels of difficulty; but the kids were jumping around, figuring it out, trying their best. They also have the free jump area which is just the open trampoline area with large blocks spaced throughout that you can jump off to get higher on the trampoline. They have the dodgeball area which is cool but the balls are foam so they're kind of hard to throw with any real power. But they liked it. They also have the area where they "fight" with the large foam bars while they're standing on the beam. When they fall, they fall into a pit filled with foam squares. The kids were falling just to fall into those foam squares. They even have a couple of massage chairs for the parents. Prices aren't bad, starting at $2 for 6 minutes. They do have an area for kids 7 and under in the free jump area. They have the basketball hoops area (2 hoops), and they have the large, plastic jungle gym thing like McDonalds has. They had the Christmas break special ($15.99 for all day) when we went so I don't know how much it usually costs.
One drawback is that they don't have lockers to put your shoes/keys/phones. So I couldn't join them because I had to walk around holding their shoes/socks. I had seen on facebook several other people complaining that their or their kids' stuff had been stolen, so I didn't risk it. They should also consider having a security officer drive through the parking lot at night; it's a bit of a sketchy area. The bathrooms were also a bit messy for being so early in the day. Other than that, it was a lot of fun and we probably will go back. It tired out my kids enough for a good night's sleep.
