Carla was the best bike tour guide in Santiago! We did the afternoon parks and politics tour and I wish I had a recorder to document all of the information she gave us regarding the history of Chile, so interesting! I wish I had more time here to explore all of the great recommendations that she and her crew offered up.  And we stopped for the best gelato I've ever had.

The entire menu is gluten free. I thought the food was very good, tasty and I didn't think the prices warranted $$$$. I thought less but we were also having lunch, not dinner. They have 2 GF beers, one called Munkgo from Chile. I thought it was very good and better than most available in the US. The other is Estralla Duara Damn.

My absolute favourite place in Santiago to get ice cream! The flavours constantly change and they're all delicious! My favourite flavours are dulce de leche and the limón, menta y albahaca. Definitely ask to try some flavours before you make the difficult decision of choosing which you'll have today. They have multiple locations across Santiago, another in lastarria & in different shopping malls.
