Basically, it's a food court, except it's not in the middle of a mall & the food isn't just fast food. We chose it because we r a party of 7, including a child, so there was something for all palates. Meh! It was ok. Nice concept, but we used 4 different restaurants & only one restaurant had food that the diners thought tasted good.

Ordered the steak, which came with potatoes au gratin & salad. The steak was dry, tough, & season-less. The gravy it came with was tasty though. The potatoes were ok, not the best I've ever had. The dressing on the salad was yummy...I thought that because the cows r grass fed in NZ, then the meat tastes even better, but this restaurant disproved that theory.

As for the service, I wondered why it took so long to get 2 steaks & a lamb shank, but when the waiter finally came, she commented that I gave them the wrong table #...Nope! The food was absolutely fantastic and portion size was great. The menu featured many choices, most of which were quite unique and looked great. Quick service and great decor.

I couldn't find any reviews on Jucy out of Cairns so I'll post it here.  If anyone knows of a more appropriate posting location, I'd be happy to move it.
We booked a van for our family of 6 for 4 days in Cairns.  Our flight was delayed so we arrived for our car after hours.  That was no problem as we were given a code to retrieve our keys from a lock box on the building outside.  That's where things got bad.  The code did not work for the lockbox.  We spent 30 min on the phone with their "customer service" department and were eventually given a new code.  We were then able to retrieve…Read more I couldn't find any reviews on Jucy out of Cairns so I'll post it here.  If anyone knows of a more appropriate posting location, I'd be happy to move it.
We booked a van for our family of 6 for 4 days in Cairns.  Our flight was delayed so we arrived for our car after hours.  That was no problem as we were given a code to retrieve our keys from a lock box on the building outside.  That's where things got bad.  The code did not work for the lockbox.  We spent 30 min on the phone with their "customer service" department and were eventually given a new code.  We were then able to retrieve our key.  The van turned out to be a Toyota with 91,000 miles on it.  It looked as though they had vacuumed it (maybe) but it was in pretty bad shape (as I guess you would expect for a rental with that kind of miles.  We were not told that we were renting such a "used" vehicle.  Also, when we chose this vehicle type, we did not know that we would be driving around in a purple and green car with slogans on the side.
We were the lucky ones, i suppose as there was a couple that had arrived just before us and did not know that Jucy closed at 4pm.  They had no way to pick up their car.  They were told after more than 30 minutes of phone calls that they would have to come back the next day.  We piled them in our van and dropped them at their hotel.
When we returned our van we were told that their "shuttle" would take us back to the airport.  Their "shuttle" was a taxi cab at our expense. WTH?  The young lady at the counter was pleasant and I believe a bit embarrassed.  She ended up paying for our taxi by mistake.  Thank you!
If you don't mind driving a crappy car and the price matches, then go ahead but I would not recommend this place to anyone out of Cairns.
