Calendar of seasons

A disadvantage of supermarkets is that we are no longer accustomed to taking account of seasons. We find it normal buy strawberries in December or pumpkins in July. Of course it's sometimes fun, but the problem is that this produce comes from very far away, possibly grown under glass without any sun, and has absolutely no taste...
So, let's rediscover good produce at the right time, here is a calendar showing seasons. When the month is :
- it's the begining or end of season
- it's full season and the best time to buy!
- it's out of season, don't buy it now
