My chrome in my phone stopped working recently and 'Aww Snap' will always show and/or 'Your Chrome has stopped'. I have cleared all caches and followed the instructions given in Help, but nothing works. Can you help me out immediately so as I can change my star status again cuz I really love the browser, its very user friendly and convenient for me to use.

My chrome in my phone for years just working so good until recently. I dont know what's going on but I CAN'T LOAD ANY PAGES ON MY CHROME. i can connect to internet, can open all of my social media, but CANNOT OPEN ANY PAGES ON MY CHROME. I'm trying to open website on another browser app and it works. what happen. Please fix my chrome immediately.

Potentially good app let down by the fact that it doesn't allow you to save bookmarks alphabetically/move bookmarks around within folders or rename saved downloads. Makes finding things much harder than it needs to be. Would love to see future updates remedy this situation. Would then give the app more stars. Without it,the app is barely fit for purpose and frustrating. The more I use it the less I like it. Please upgrade a.s.a.p.

I don't know why my chrome always shuts down and my play store says always that the app cannot be downloaded and if problem continues inform troubleshooting. It's sad when a web browser fails pretty miserably at it's sole task of performing what it's name implies. It is even sadder when it fails this task because it is constantly locking up because the people who wrote said program are more concerned with ad revenue than any other function. This includes use on "flagship" level devices.

MLS iQ Tab : Please make the new updates compatible, it is too slow in page loading and sometimes it doesn't even load.....! It could be better if it had an android Chrome Web Store and a PDF online reader (such as PC edition). It could have extra extensions like adblock!!! It would be nice if I could copy a chrome tab, too (like PC version)..... Please include flash support........! When downloading files, It autopause all the time and I can't resume..... It says: downoading>download pending>download paused, my WiFi internet connection is full!?

After recent update few websites won't load at all. They work on other browsers pretty well but not on Chrome. I've tried clearing cache and even cleared all data of chrome but the problem is still there. Please fix this!

Browser is good. Helps when I get my bookmarks on pc and mobile both. But guys, the data saving is a joke and it builds up cache very fast. Not for people who want to use less data, no night mode, but chrome is reasonably fast and because I use it on my pc too, it makes browsing easier on phone thanks to the sync.

What a mind numbing browser! Takes ages to load, literally have no features. It may be ok in browser, but here it is just plain miserably waste. This is probably one of the most simple browsers. I am surprised that it comes from Google!

Opened to use today, clicked on bookmarks and the whole layout is changed and not for the good. Why you feel the need to change things that were perfectly fine is beyond me but now I have to find a new browser. The changes you made are unacceptable and it won't revert back.

For the past few weeks chrome will not allow me to save images. It will pop up with if I want to download, click yes but nothing happens. Tried adjusting the settings and so on. But so far nothing has fixed this issue. It's rather annoying.

I love the app, but after getting Android Oreo on my Pixel XL the battery usage is insane. After only 11 minutes of use doing some light reading of AMP web articles with data saver on chrome used 7% of my battery! This is waaaayyyy high. Anyway, I'll change this review back to 5 stars if I get any response or it's fixed.

Remove the suggested news from home screen. Don't populate the home screen with news and if you want to do it then atleast give the users the choice whether they want it to keep or not. Remove this feature please. Else people will start migrating from your platform. There are multiple browsers in the store . In the era of competition don't be rude to customers/users.

Chrome for android is great! But there should be a quick way to access bookmarks. It's also not acceptable that Google's own apps don't feature quick app shortcuts. Also, themes would be a nice addition. Thank you Google!

I suppose I grew tired of chrome android not supporting extensions. Also, in the FAQ we can read that "we have no plans to announce at this time". And as other android browsers mature, I find myself using chrome less and less, mostly because I can't use my favorite security extensions for safe browsing.

Sites have quit loading even with all cache cleared and fully restarting app after the update. Please fix the issue with sites not loading or taking several minutes to load a partial site. This is the only browser which has an issue loading the sites.

It lacks an ad blocker plus the home page is also not so good. It has the worst download manager. Even uc browser has better download manager than chrome. And the new search widget also does not work properly

Ok.... video problem got fixed thank you. Switching between tabs is not easy i have to scroll all the way up, hit the tab button and click on required tab . This only happen for main tab though plz make it easier like swipe or something. Thank you

Just very recently, everytime I search something in the Google search engine then scroll down, it freezes for about 5 seconds then crashes when I get down pass the images and videos. Samsung Browsers (S3 etc) still excel with higher html5 score (434), Opera 14 (beta) (450), BB10 and Dolphin Beta even better 480+. Opera 12, Chrome and Firefox you lucky to get 80% (400) Also whats this nonsense 'Chrome - browser from Google', growing trend of excessive naming and or stating obvious. Thank you for the chrome 59 update and all your hard work :) Ignore others some of their problems are they do not know how to use your browser properly and due to their incompetence get on here to mouth off or type off lol - in hopes of you waiving a magic wand to them 😋

Other than the fact I have had some trouble with receiving the Aww... Snap error on blogs and other graphic intense webpages while using Chrome, it is absolutely perfect. I use Chrome on every single one of my mobile devices and my computers and it is generally the only browser I use for everything. This app has room for improvement, just like all other apps and I can't wait to see what is released for this app in the future, I am sure it will be great. If the Aww.. Snap error could be fixed so it isn't occurring so often for me, I would definitely change my rating from four to five stars in a heartbeat.
