Hello from the Marketing Cloud community team! If you've been a member of the community for a while, you'll have seen us about, and hopefully we have been helping you get to the things you need.

We thought it was about time to introduce ourselves, our expertise and let you get to know us.

  1. Paul Gilliham

    Screen name: PaulGi

    Twitter: @bladefrog

    Paul is the Director of Adobe Marketing Cloud Customer Enablement. He has about 20 years of experience working with high-tech multinational enterprises. He spends his days working with business leaders, subject matter experts, and customers on their community strategies, and running Adobe's community, help, and learning environments for the Marketing Cloud.

    Prior to Adobe, he lead the customer community and blogging programs on the Lithosphere, the community for Lithium Technologies, was responsible for Lithium.com and customer marketing, and was Senior Manager, Online Strategy, Experience, Community and Social Media for Juniper Networks.

    For the decade before joining Juniper, he was the User Experience Manager for Nortel Networks, with responsibility for the information architecture and direction of Nortel.com, holding positions in the U.K., France, and the U.S.

     
     
  2. Spring King

    Screen name: smstrand

    Spring manages the community managers and social leads for the Adobe Marketing Cloud. She has spent over 15 years in the service and support arena, supporting both enterprise and consumer customers, and drives the team from a "customer in" perspective. She has held positions in front-line technical support, quality, and service delivery management. Prior to coming to Adobe, she worked at Kimberly-Clark and McAfee.

    She is passionate about online customer support, and believes that social will become the foundation of all customer service.

    She is originally from Wisconsin but has made Dallas her home since 2000. She is an avid Green Bay Packer fan and enjoys playing soccer. She can be found spending time with her family, including her dogs, husband, and little girl.

     
     
  3. Russ Whitchurch

    Russ is the Analytics Community Manager and main contributor to the @AdobeMktgCare Twitter handle. He also facilitates the Analytics implementation for this community platform. He has worked with Adobe Analytics for 5 years, fulfilling roles in Customer Care and knowledgebase management.

    Prior to Adobe, he was the Beta Coordinator for Henry Schein Practice Solutions, where he initiated the public beta process for their cloud-based services. His passion for beta testing continued to Adobe where he actively participates in almost all Analytics-related beta projects.

    Outside of work, he enjoys 3D modeling, participating in online game communities, and spending time with his wife and two children.

     
     
  4. Scott MacDonald

    Screen name: smacdonald2008

    Scott is a senior community Manager for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) at Adobe, with over 18 years in the high tech industry (12 at Adobe). He is also a developer with knowledge in Java, Spring MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, C#, C++, HTML, XML, JSON, and ActionScript.

    He has helped to build and manage the Marketing Cloud community for AEM. In this role, he assists the developer community by creating server-side applications for AEM using technologies such as Apache Sling, Java, JDBC, JSON, XML, JavaScript, and jQuery. In addition, he has written developer-focused tutorials and developed functional, task-based Java/JavaScript/OSGi product code, and has written many task-based articles about AEM. In addition, he helps to support the community by answering questions about AEM in the forum as well via Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

    He enjoys working with the community and helping to solve customer issues. He also enjoys creating developer-based courses, teaching them, attending customer conferences, and leading the way to make developers more productive in a given technology.

     
     
  5. Tacia Coleman

    Screen name: taciac

    Tacia is the Adobe Marketing Cloud Core Services Community Manager. She has worked with Adobe Analytics for 5 years with an emphasis in implementation. She is a problem solver who enjoys digging into complex issues. Prior to Adobe, she has held positions in customer service, training, and support.

    She is passionate about food, art, music, and playing with her two super cute and very fluffy dogs. When she's not working to help customers solve their pressing business issues, she can be found with her nose in a book or working to develop the next perfect bread recipe.

     
     
  6. Sukrity is a Community Moderator for the Adobe Marketing Cloud community. She comes from a content management and community background, and she has worked closely with both content and product management teams for social media content creation and social/community moderation.

    Her interests include reading, sketching, food blogging, and travelling. She likes to take out people for food walks and shopping sprees, and she is even associated with a startup called Seek Sherpa as a part-time sherpa/traveler guide for sharing her street-food and shopping experiences across Delhi. She also writes blogs in her free time, and reviews restaurants on Zomato.

     
     
  7. Tanmay Mathur

    Screen name: TanmayM

    Tanmay is a Product Analyst & Community Lead for Adobe Analytics, from the B-school campus specializing in Marketing from IMT, Ghaziabad. His interest areas lie in digital marketing, product management, and marketing analytics. During his MBA, he wrote and published articles and case studies concerning the same.

    Prior to his graduation, he completed his undergrad BS in Electronics & Communication engineering from the prestigious NSIT, Delhi. In his previous firms, he was involved closely with the marketing, services, and production departments to develop new products and improve existing products.

    He loves anything and everything powered by internal combustion engines, especially cars. He can be found drooling on pictures of exotic cars in his free time. He also loves to play NFS and Call of Duty when he is not at work.

     
     
  8. Kautuk, who hails from Delhi, holds a BS in Computer Engineering from USIT (University School of Information Technology) of I.P. University in Delhi. He was a gold medalist of his undergrad engineering class.

    An avid sportsman, he loves to play all sports, with special interest in cricket and tennis. And, of course, he loves to learn newer technologies, listen to music, and travelling.

     
     
  9. Parit is a Product Analyst & Community Lead for Adobe Marketing Cloud Core Services, including Activation. He hails from a small town from the Northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

    He pursued his undergrad BS in Computer Science Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology. Through his initial career growth as an analyst, Parit has gained proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Anametrix, etc.

     
     
  10. Carey Burgess

    Carey is a team lead for the Marketing Cloud community managers, and product manager for this community platform (built on the Communities capability of Adobe Experience Manager). He helps to oversee the community managers, ensuring best practices are used throughout the community, and members have positive experiences in the community.

    In the past, he has managed online bulletin boards and forums, built/customized online forum platforms (e.g. phpBB, vBulletin, YaBB, etc.), developed automation tools, created logos, banners, and has done other graphic design work. He also has several years experience in technical customer support, and in analyzing customer support case data to gain business intelligence. He approaches projects with unwavering focus on the user experience while designing with low-level technical details in mind or, in many cases, developing one or more aspects of the project himself.

    Despite working in technology, he enjoys spending his personal time "tinkering" on computers, including hands-on exploration of various programming languages and web server technology, as well as automation. He is a life-long learner, researcher, experimenter, and enjoys growing food in his own garden, hiking long distances, reading, and spending time with his family.
