How Do I Get the App?

To download the app to your device, simply open the App Store if you're on an iPhone or iPad, or open Google Play if you are on an Android device, then search for 'Waterstones'.

I Still Have a Plastic Card. Can I Keep Using It?

Of course! Any points collected using your plastic card will count towards your balance, and to check the balance you can still ask a bookseller or find it in your online account.

My Phone Can't Be Scanned. What Do I Do?

If the scan fails, please check with the bookseller and try again. It might be that some light is reflecting off the screen and interferring with the scanner so try holding it vertically.

If it still doesn't work you can also access your card number from the app and the bookseller can manually enter this number at the till point.

I Don't Have An iPhone, iPad or Android Device. How Do I Check My Balance?

You can log into your account with any web-enabled device, and use the QR code found there to scan at the till.

Also, all of your account details can be found in your online account, including any gift card balances and scannable QR codes for each gift card you own.
