About This Bookstore

Nearest Underground Station: Waterloo. Orientation - follow signs to the Royal Festival Hall from whichever exit taken from Waterloo station.

Our Royal Festival Hall branch sits right on the riverside in the heart of the Southbank Centre. Open from 10am-10pm every day, it offers the perfect destination, whether you’re attending a concert, going to an event or simply enjoying the delights of the area. We stock a broad range of subjects, from fiction, literature and poetry to philosophy, biography, science, cookery, health, graphics, art, travel, London guides and children's titles, alongside an array of stylish gifts and stationery.

We also run a book stall at all the Southbank Centre’s Literary events, and frequently have available signed copies by many of the authors appearing, as well as holding our own signings in-store.

Our Royal Festival Hall shop is the ideal location for you to browse, read your favourite book or just watch the world go by. Our friendly and knowledgeable booksellers are, as always, on hand to advise on everything from forgotten literary classics, to the best new books for young readers, to the most mouth-watering recipe collections.

We look forward to welcoming you through our doors.
