Medicaid coverage
We offer Medicaid coverage through HAP Midwest Health Plan – including the Healthy Michigan Plan. HAP Midwest Health Plan has approximately 8,000 Medicaid and Medicare members throughout Wayne, Washtenaw, Macomb, Oakland, Shiawassee, Genesee, Tuscola, Sanilac, Lapeer, Huron and St. Clair counties.
HAP Midwest is a wholly owned subsidiary of HAP.
