A video of him arguing with the child's father posted online shows onlookers grabbing and yelling at the man (left and right). 'You were caught red handed with your camera angled when some boy was peeing' one of the men is heard yelling at Mr Voon. Voon, 41, who runs the Successful Development and Therapy Clinic, has been arrested and could face charges of possessing child pornography, making child pornography and voyeurism. His clinic has been closed indefinitely as he works through his 'personal issues'.

New video footage of Harambe the gorilla suggests he was trying to protect a four year old boy who fell into the zoo enclosure just minutes before the animal was fatally shot. The clip shows Harambe standing guard over the boy in the corner of the moat, and the two even share a brief moment holding hands. Witnesses said the gorilla was acting protectively in the tense situation, which may have been aggravated by panicked onlookers who screamed as they watched from above. Cincinnati Zoo Director Thane Maynard confirmed the gorilla did not appear to be attacking the child, but he described it as 'an extremely strong animal in an agitated situation' before supporting the animal response team's decision to kill Harambe. The incident, which was captured on cell phone, has sparked an outcry of emotion, with thousands of mourners branding it a 'senseless death'.

Sharon Heinrich (main) and Helen Salter were cycling on the Riesling Trail in South Australia last Wednesday when a kangaroo sprang from a ledge, knocking them both to the ground. Mrs Heinrich, 45, was left with cracked ribs and internal injuries and will undergo surgery, while her 47-year-old friend was concussed. The child's lifeless body was pulled from the sea on Friday off the south coast of Italy after the capsizing of a boat which had set off from Sabratha in Libya the night before. German rescuers released the picture in a bid to persuade European authorities to ensure safe passage to migrants, after hundreds drowned in the Mediterranean in a matter of days. The photograph shows the baby being cradled in the arms of a rescuer known only as Martin, who described how the 'sun shone into its bright, motionless eyes'.

The trailer for Pixar's Finding Dory (left) has been released to both fanfare and controversy after viewers pointed out the two-minute clip may feature a lesbian couple (right). Finding Dory has already garnered considerable buzz for its June release after the latest trailer dropped last week, racking up more than four million views. At one point in the clip, Tank the octopus makes its way into a stroller, and two women turn around, shocked that the baby has suddenly transformed into an eight-legged sea creature. One viewer suggested the women were a couple, and Twitter lit up with excitement over the possibility (inset). While subtly suggested gay characters have made an appearance in Pixar films like Frozen and Zootopia, viewers celebrated what could be the animation studio's first-ever representation of lesbians.

She claimed to want to renovate her Melbourne home in 2014 as she gave fans an inside tour of the residency. Now two years on and it seems Rebecca Judd and husband Chris are still yet to make the changes they had planned. The unnamed workman was pulled into the device and miraculously managed to avoid being crushed to death by the machinery as only his head remained visible from the outside. He was reportedly repairing the device in Beibei District of Chongqing, a major city in south-west China, when he accidentally fell into the escalator. The man was rushed to hospital following his ordeal, where his condition remains unknown.

However part of the agreement was that Wey would have to pay Bouveng $10,000 for every negative tweet he published about her, and $50,000 for each time he tried to communicate with her, The New York Post reported. Bouveng claims Wey has violated the agreement dozens of times since the case, and is now seeking a further $2.4 million in subsequent 'fines'.

Sunrise's Samantha Armytage had a bit of a rough end to her day on Monday after she was attacked by a dog on her afternoon walk. The presenter revealed her wound in a snap shared to Instagram with a large bandage covering her left forearm. In the caption, the 38-year-old informed her fans that she had taken a trip to the hospital and had several injections to prevent further infection.

Samir Gabibov, 34, allegedly told police in Russia that he killed his wife Gyulnara (pictured right on her wedding day and left with Gabibov), 23, when he pushed her during a row and she fell awkwardly, hit her head and died. He and his brother then put her body on a bicycle and pushed her six miles into a forest near St Petersburg before burying her, it was claimed.

Yamato Tanooka's mother and father initially told police their child had got lost during the walk on Japan's northern main island of Hokkaido. But after a second day of searches, involving 150 rescuers, the parents admitted they lied and that they had left him there to teach him a lesson. Mexican star striker Alan Pulido has been rescued after being snatched by a group of armed, masked men while travelling home from a party in the border state of Tamaulipas on Saturday night. Federal and state forces mounted a large-scale rescue operation after the 25-year-old footballer (pictured left after his release) was abducted, with reports of at least two police or military helicopters scanning the area. Pulido and his girlfriend (together, right), who was unharmed, were attacked in the state capital of Cuidad Victoria, an area which has been plagued by violence related to a drug war between rival gangs.

Kim Wright, 55, a grandmother-of-three from Epsworth, Yorkshire, has become one of Britain's oldest bikini models (centre and right). The 5ft tall hairdresser was single, depressed and weighed 11 stone (left) - but when she saw a photograph of herself looking 'old, frumpy and fat' in a bikini, she decided things had to change. She swapped fast food for healthy meals including chicken, vegetables and up to 80 eggs a week - and now lifts 70-kilo weights.

An eight-foot-tall angel hidden beneath plaster for hundreds of years has now been uncovered at the 'birthplace of Jesus.' The elaborate mosaic was found during restoration on the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, built nearly 1,700 years ago. Technicians delicately scraped away layers of plaster to reveal the ancient tiles that have survived centuries of neglect, and are now working to bring it back to life. The angel is pictured above, and the inset photos on the right show the progression as plaster was carefully scraped away.

Amelia Rose, 23, from Manchester, offers parents an alternative spin on portraits of their children by re-imagining them as the stuff of horror movies. Her work for La La Labyrinth Photography includes a zombified Sleeping Beauty (top right), a blood-covered Alice in Wonderland (bottom left) and an evil-looking zombie baby crawling through a forest (top left). She said: 'I still get people criticising me, somebody even called me a child abuser. It's just a bit of harmless fun, the kids enjoy it.'

Footage shows the rescue team in Hambantota, Sri Lanka, desperately trying to free the adorable baby elephant after it became trapped by the drain, eventually pulling it back up to surface. It is unclear how the elephant got down the drain, and it was taken to a nearby animal hospital for attention after it was rescued.

These photographs were taken in Mount Victoria, Western Myanmar, home to the Munn and Dai tribes, both with their own recognisable facial inkings. Italian photographer, Marco Giovanelli went in search of these legendary women and produced a stunning collection of images. The tribal women have tattoos all over their faces in a dying tradition that was supposed to make them appear ugly but has since become a sign of beauty. Young girls who reach puberty are no longer being inked as there is now a fine for continuing the eleventh century tradition in the country.
