Celebrities might like us to assume their stunning red carpet appearances are virtually effortless.
But it typically takes a whole army of experts to get the famous attendees in tip top shape, and insiders today revealed how stars often start prepping for Hollywood's biggest night up to three months in advance.
From dermatologists and make-up artists to hairdressers, stylists, and personal trainers - they're all expected to be on call 24/7 to attend to their clients' every need.
Experts who've worked with A-listers including Reese Witherspoon, Sandra Bullock and Taylor Swift spilled their red carpet secrets on This Morning today.

While mere mortals typically over-indulge in December and try to get back on the wagon in January, many celebrities are making their appearance their priority.
Personal trainer Simone de la Rue, who has worked with Taylor Swift, Sandra Bullock, Anne Hathaway and Reese Witherspoon, explained on the show that her clients are prepared to put in the work to look their best.
She told presenter Ferne McCann that they come to her six to eight weeks before the event - or even 12 weeks depending on how much time they have.
'They train five to six days a week for one hour a day. It sounds like a lot, but you have to make it a priority,' the LA-based trainer told Ferne.
'They do because they get paid to look like that. That's what we forget, it is part of their job description to make sure they look fabulous on the red carpet.'
Celebrities don't just stop at workouts either, to help things along they have been known to try out cryotherapy.

Dr Harold Lancer (pictured with Kris Jenner) is a dermatologist to the stars, with the Kardashians as some of his clients, he is always on hand for any blemish emergency
Stars such as Jennifer Lawrence and Jessica Alba have reportedly tried out the treatment which involves stepping into a 'cryo sauna' that is chilled to below freezing at -90 degrees.
It is believed the cold therapy helps break down fat cells and reduce the appearance of cellulite, and it can lessen wrinkles and help muscle pain.
Expert dermatologist Dr Harold Lancer, who's a firm favourite of Kim Kardashian and Beyonce, is on call 24-7 for his patients in need of treatment.
He's fully booked up but always prepared for phone calls in the middle of the night with blemish problems: 'We pretty much expect it. Whether it's midnight, the night before or 4.30am.
'My cell phone is ringing [all the time], I can never shut it off.'

'I got dental floss and sewed her in along the zipper and no one was none the wiser!'
