The Always Triumphant Half-Dome
Yosemite, CA, US

I was fortunate enough to travel with follow photographer and Arcanum-ite +Calvin Jennings to the ever gorgeous Yosemite National Park in the U.S. We had an outstanding 3 days of amazing light and wonderful scenery. This image was taken on our final day, when we left our hotel at 4:45AM for a 2 hour drive to this location so we could catch half-dome in early morning light. This shot was taken at 6:45AM and the view was well worth the early morning alarm clock.

The Mixer
Morocco

In my hike through the Morocco mountains the other day ( http://bit.ly/1W9y5v3 ) I walked by many many waterfalls. None of them were "amazing" but I enjoyed glancing at each cute little falls as I went by.  There is something peaceful about the sound of water constantly crashing down next to you.

For the photographers in the group: this was a hand-held multi-exposure shot set that was manually blended using luminosity masks.

Went hiking in the Atlas mountains in Morocco this week. Can't wait to finally pull these out of the camera. Beautiful beautiful countryside. [And the trip will be worth a full-length write up in my newsletter too].
