Yahoo! should really consider entering the video game console industry. The internet is ran by google if you like it or not. One thing they haven't done yet is to make and distribute video game consoles. Making this would require new computer programming and computer systems. With the help of a computer company such as dell or hp, they could put Yahoo! at the top of the search engine and video game empire. This could give the opportunity to distrupte games such as Call of Duty, mine craft, Fortnite, GTA, NBA 2K, etc. and even make originals. The concept of the design of the console should be made around or based on the exclamation point of the yahoo! logo and of course the color of it would be purple and white. Revolutionize the video game industry. The console should play blu-ray discs and dvds for the enjoyable moments with your family. Display connection with HDMI and/or VGA for the optional gameplay on a computer monitor. internet connection with LAN and WiFi. This console should be able to have the option of plugging in your own keyboard and mouse for PC gamers with usb connection. Thank You for your time. Do not want any credit, just make it happen.

Once classic mail had IM as one of the search options in the yahoo mail search engine, using this IM search option I had created customized Smart view in classic mail that searches messenger chat conversation and displays the result in very well formatted manner with date and time at the top right corner and timelines down the page (display) as rows and corresponding chat conversation. This format of display was friendly, readable and was well presented and moreover it displayed result in a flash.

Now the format is completely messed up, what use to be rows of timelines with corresponding chat conversation now shown as columns, and date and time is shown UTC format rather than the everyday date format people use which is hard to understand format for a lay person. Format of the search result is not user and print friendly and is absolutely useless.

I need that view to printout and hand over to FBI for investigation of a woman who snatched away my life savings of $387,000 by communicating with me on yahoo emails and yahoo IM chat during the period May 2013 thru May 2015.

Please help and revert back to the original format

I had three customized smart views in my classic mail and they are of legal value to me. Recently I accidentally accepted the yahoo prompt to move to newer version mail from classic mail and in the newer version all of views disappeared. I immediately realized I made mistake and revert back to classic mail. It brought back two customized Smart views but one did not make it through, meaning disappeared.

I couldn't recreate the missing Smart view for the year 2015 because I do not see in recent days “IM” as one of the search options in the search engine of yahoo classic mail. It can be fixed by including “IM” as one of the search options in the search engine. This fix has to be performed by Yahoo Tech. Once it is done, I can recreate the Smart view as described above.

I need that view to printout and hand over to FBI for investigation of a woman who snatched away my life savings of $387,000 by communicating with me on yahoo emails and yahoo IM chat during the period May 2013 thru May 2015. Please help.

Whom to contact to fix this issue?

PS: I have subscribed to Yahoo Mail Pro and paying monthly.

What happened to the great minds of yahoo tech staff and its management? Surprisingly yahoo can't think of simple solution to conversation history problem? Here it is:

Why did you remove IM as one of the search options in the search engine of yahoo mail inbox when yahoo management knew they could not fix the problem with the "Conversation Archive Tool" in the new yahoo messenger for months and years? This tool is a terrible tool does nothing but showing a blank page/window.

It was a stupid idea to have removed the IM as one of the options in the yahoo mail search engine knowing the fact conversation archive tool in the new yahoo messenger is not working.

Why can’t you put back IM in the search engine as one of the options and put it to work while figuring out how to fix the problem with conversation archive tool.

It is a simple solution to put back IM as one of the search options in yahoo mail search engine so that users can search the new and old IM chat conversations and save it as Smart View and view their conversation in the Inbox of yahoo mail. This method was working great and pulls up the conversation history in a flash from archived database
