- Click the "Buy app" button, and proceed with the purchase steps.
- Locate the Myndbend app (circular icon) on the left side of Zendesk and click the "Start Quick Setup" button on the next screen.
- You'll be asked to authorize the Myndbend app to integrate with your account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the setup process.
- Once complete, return to the app in Zendesk and you should see the option to create templates.
- To create child tickets or add approvers, navigate to any open ticket in Zendesk and expand the apps column ("Apps" button top right).

Availability and Supported Versions
Zendesk Support for Magento is available at no cost to all Zendesk Support customers. Furthermore, this integration is supported on Magento Community 1.7+ and Enterprise 1.9+. To get the most value from this integration, we recommend using the new version of Zendesk Support.

The Zendesk Support for Magento setup has two parts. First, sign in to your Zendesk Support account, then follow the instructions here to download the extension and learn how to configure the extension in Magento. When this is complete, you are ready to add the Magento App for Zendesk Support to your account.
In Zendesk Support, click the Admin icon in the sidebar. Select Apps > Marketplace, then find the Magento app and click the tile. On the Magento app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner. Configure the app settings, then click Install:
- Title: Name for the application.
- Store URL: The URL to your Magneto store (for example, https://www.zendesk-store.com).
- Store Code: Add the default store code you use, if you have 'Add Store Code to Urls' set to 'Yes' on your Magento store.
- Access token: Your API access token from the Zendesk Support extension for Magento.
- Order ID Field ID: The Zendesk Support custom field ID you are using to store the associated Magento order number.

Ready to add video to your Zendesk tickets? Awesome! Here's how to set up the Wistia Zendesk integration:

- First things first, get yourself a free Wistia account. Or, high five yourself for having one already 👏.
- Go to your Wistia account settings and create an access token with all permissions. Give it a descriptive name for future reference, like "Zendesk integration token."
- Copy that token into the Wistia app's installation settings in Zendesk, where it will be stored securely.
- If you want your team to be able to upload new videos, enable the "Allow upload" option.
- If uploading is enabled, you'll need to pick a default project to upload videos into. Head to your Wistia account and find the project you want to use, then copy its ID (the part of the URL after
/projects/) and paste it into the "Default Wistia project ID for uploads" setting. - If you want to limit which projects from your Wistia account appear in the Wistia Zendesk app, fill out the optional "Projects to show" field.
- Click the "Install" button to finish setting up the integration.
That's it! After following those steps, you can access the Wistia app from its button in the Zendesk ticket editor toolbar:

Once you've added the GIPHY for Zendesk app, look for the GIPHY logo in the toolbar below your ticket reply editor; click the icon to reveal the GIPHY pane. From there, simply search for a GIF (or browse through dozens of hand-picked categories) and click on it to add it to the body of your ticket.
To use the Trustpilot channel, you'll need to install the app from Zendesk's App Marketplace.
To install the Trustpilot integration:
- Click the Admin icon (), then select Apps > Marketplace.
- Locate and click the Trustpilot Review icon.
- Read the Overview, then click the Install app button in the upper right.
- Edit the installation info if needed, and click the link to view the Zendesk Marketplace Terms of Use.
- Click the Install button.
The integration is added to your Channel Integrations page. Click Channels > Channel Integrations to access it.
