CEO

Robert’s role is to spread the word about the Wirehive way of hosting and the latest digital trends. Passionate about workplace culture, he ensures we remain a place people love to work.

James Rossell

COO

James is the man with his hand on the tiller of the good ship Wirehive. He manages the day to day running of the business, keeping everyone focused and motivated.

CTO

Simon runs the delivery side of the business, driving technical excellence in our support and engineering teams as well as leading the Wirehive technical strategy.

Kevin MacDonald

Sales Director

Kevin creates order out of chaos. He oversees our sales team, helping agencies and brands turn complex technical requirements into perfect fit hosting solutions.

Jon is our longest serving employee and most senior tech. His mantra is use the right tool for the right job and he will leave no stone unturned to solve a technical mystery.

Tim has a passion for open-source technology and is our resident Magento and Linux expert. He is fueled by technical curiosity and Red Bull.

Robin is constantly fine tuning and improving our internal tools - particularly the customer portal. He has a passion for clean code, simple user experiences and baking the perfect brownie.

Richard Staples

SysAdmin

Richard is highly experienced in proprietary enterprise solutions and is skilled in all things Microsoft. Because of this he also has the unique pleasure of taking care of our internal IT.

Dominic Melly

Account Manager

Dominic makes sure his customers’ solutions are delivering what they need. A rugby-playing chemist by trade, he brings in depth analysis and strong social skills to these challenges.

Brandon is a Microsoft certified award winning apprentice with expertise in IT Systems. He works across a broad spectrum of technologies and knows Kung Fu.

Andrew Wade

DevOps Engineer

Andrew’s job is to make as many of us as possible redundant by automating and integrating all our internal systems. His weapons of choice are Python and Ansible.

Barnaby Shearer

Head of Engineering

Barnaby is a pure programmer, crafting systems and tools from the ground up. When he’s not coding he’s pacing, working out a particularly devilish problem.

Financial Assistant & Office Manager

Adam is a man of many hats - literally and figuratively. He runs the day to day finances, facilities and HR, ensuring visitors and staff get the full Wirehive experience.

Hannah Cook

Account Manager

Hannah is a fixer. With a background in musical theatre and a straight talking approach she’s great at bringing people together to solve customer problems to rapturous applause.

Louisa Douglas

Event Manager

Louisa is responsible for managing our extensive calendar of events - including the now legendary Wirehive 100 Awards. She also keeps up team morale as Minister of Fun.

Paul Lettington

Infrastructure Manager

Paul is responsible for our public cloud platform, literally ensuring the lights stay on. When he’s not fine tuning our infrastructure he also oversees our dedicated hardware deployments.

David Taylor

Finance Manager

David is an Excel wizard and number cruncher extraordinaire. He uses his powers for good to ensure the books are balanced and we can continue to invest in growth.

Andy Readman

Service Delivery Manager

Andy’s role is to ensure our customers are happy and we’re delivering against our SLA and then some. He’s also squadron commander of the Wirehive Drone Club.

Daniel Hatt

Daniel has a degree in software engineering from the University of Surrey and specialises in apps and databases. He’s our resident gamer and largely responsible for our current ARK addiction.

Next we understand the business objectives and evaluate any existing intelligence around performance, traffic and infrastructure. Then we lock down budget, deadlines and full requirements. Only at this point do we a define the recommended hosting solution and agree pricing and responsibilities.
